    Country-Fried Steak
    Robert K.

Had a late breakfast here today. I got the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and wheat toast. It's was nice and hot and tasty. She got the eggs Benedict and liked it. It had ham on it and not Canadian bacon. She liked it though and her hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The waiter was really nice and attentive. The place is clean there seems to be a lot of locals who come here.

Satisfied with overall customer service and food. Came in as a group and the young lady who attended was nice and patient. Food was just as we asked for it. The overall look of the restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. Nice place to stop and rest and eat.

    Burnt chicken and bacon
    Erson J.

Ordered chicken ceasar salad: chicken and bacon were burnt. But I was hungry after walking all day during my trip. Just had to cut the burnt chicken parts out. It wasn't too bad that I had to send it back; also didn't want to have to wait again. As long as I don't get food poisoning, it's all good. Only two were working the tables; and they looked busy on a Tuesday night so a little bit of waiting was expected. The one who took my order was prompt; and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok e.g. to refill my water. If anything, it was the cook who I suspected burned my bacon and chicken :/

Employees were nice, but place was in taters, and we both woke up with tummy troubles in the morning. I wouldn't recommend it by any means.

Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. They weren't heavy and greasy, like a lot of fries. I liked that. The burger was cooked medium as requested by my husband. My chicken burger was a delicious grilled chicken breast...a real breast and not some gross pressed chicken patty. The ranch and honey mustard were both house made. Sooooo good. The ranch was really dilly and I loved that! Did Jeremy's pass the test? Absolutely! When my husband announced "I'd eat here again", I knew we made a good restaurant choice! I agree. We will eat there again! **They also offer a 10% discount on senior, military and first responder meals. THAT was cool! Two thumbs up for Jeremy's!

My husband ordered the cinnamon roll French toast and I went with the Ranch Hand scramble. We split both (highly recommend doing this if you can't decide), and the portions were so generous that more than half of my scramble came home with us. What's impressive is that with portions this big, you'd expect something to give on quality -- but not here. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is part of what keeps us coming back. The restaurant has that cozy, rustic charm and there's a cute little gift shop up front that's impossible to walk past without browsing. This time we grabbed some Valentine's white chocolates to take on the road -- such a fun touch. This has become one of our must-stop traditions to and from Seattle, and it's consistently worth it every single time.

There were a few people at the bar and a table of 2. We were asked if we were dining we said yes please. We were informed they were prepping hamburger for the next day so it might be a minute. We said no problem we'll just enjoy a beer and wait. We checked out the menu and picked out what we wanted when she was ready to cook. A minute later the server shows up and asks what we wanted to order, I asked didn't we have to wait until the hamburger was prepped. She responded "oh I just like to be prepared." So we placed our order for two burgers and she went back and prepared them. It was interesting people watching... very much a locals place.

Boy was he wrong! This place had extremely drunk people singing horrible karaoke...which, may not be the most unusual. But that was literally the entire population at the time we went...which was PEAK time to be at a bar! Then like I said above, nobody was there, except what my friend assumed were "the regulars." So we felt like flies on the wall for sure. Especially since I don't drink. It felt small and cramped, so when I heard that my friend had been here before "when there was a DJ" and related it to videos he'd Snapchatted, I knew this place wasn't for me. How could you fit in a "concert" of sorts? (His videos looked like a club environment, and waaay more space then what was really available.) I hate to say it, but this place ruined bars for me. They even asked me to pull my mask down when checking my ID. By the way, they didn't card at the door, just after my friend wanted a drink, so I'll bet they were shocked when I literally didn't order anything. Not even water. Overall, this place felt cramped, and the music was ear-piercingly bad. Literally, it gave me a migraine. I'll never be coming back, because the parking was horrible, and it was in a weird location that was enough out of the way. It doesn't get a 1/10 because I don't like bars, so people who do MAY be able to have a better time.

My previous review of The Quincy landed somewhere in the middle, which made Shelby's response stand out even more. She didn't just leave a quick public reply and move on. Shelby followed up with me directly via email, offered a sincere apology, and invited us back with a credit toward a future meal. A small business owner who genuinely listens to feedback and responds with that level of care and respect is something special. That alone made me want to give The Quincy another try. I'm very glad we did. We returned tonight and the experience was fantastic - honestly better than fantastic. The service was attentive from the moment we walked in. The dining room had that perfect Friday night energy: lively but comfortable. People were enjoying conversations and good food without the room ever feeling loud or chaotic. With our 5:00 pm reservation, everything felt smooth, relaxed, and welcoming. One thing that has always intrigued me about The Quincy is their rotating specials. They consistently offer creative options alongside a strong core menu. I tried one of the margarita specials and it was an absolute hit. If you're looking for a dependable menu favorite, I still highly recommend the white fish. This time I ordered the Mediterranean stuffed chicken and it was truly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The vegetables were roasted perfectly, and the chicken was packed with flavor while still feeling balanced and fresh. My husband is a notoriously picky eater (tomatoes and spinach are usually a hard no), and even he was eyeing my plate and asking for a bite. My biggest takeaway now is this: yes, this is a well-run restaurant - but that's actually the least interesting part about it (and I mean that as the highest compliment). This time, the food felt thoughtfully prepared, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner clearly cares about feedback and community. That combination is rare. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for having us back!
