The worst Denny's I have been to. Service was horrible. They were out of a lot food. The McDonald's across the road would have been a better choice. Keep driving and find another establishment. I would give Denny's no stars if I could. Some of the worst food I have ever eaten and I have eaten at many across the country over the years, though I will never eat at a Denny's ever again. Last visit I ordered chicken fried steak, eggs over hard, hash browns and sour dough toast. I took one bite of everything and it was all bad, except the toast. Ordered pancakes, both of them had little black pieces from the flat top not being cleaned or wiped down properly after being cleaned. It's impossible to pick them off. They were also cold and the syrup was not Denny's. And I'm not a picky person. My husband had biscuits and gravy and it was cold with lumps and biscuits were not cooked all the way through. We were the second party to walk out between 6:30 and 6.45 tonight. The first party left because the wait to be greeted was long. We stuck it out until someone came to seat us. When we requested different seating than what was being offered the server got a nasty attitude. She stomped off clutching the menus and made a remark suggesting that we seat ourselves. We Walked In and has a decent size group, we were quickly seated and orders taken shortly after. I forget our waitress name she was blonde and extra patient with our Little's while ordering. Our food came out quicker then expected which was nice since we were all starving lol everything was hot And fresh she kept our drinks full and split our checks as requested properly. I'm giving it 3 stars because the manager was walking around eating chicken wings, she came from behind the counter where our food was and came into the dining room to talk to what I would assume was a regular. Walked in was seated and passed off to another server because it was break time, never saw the other server as she was chatting with the server who was on break for 15 minutes. Dining room had dirty tables/floors 3 servers only 2 tables with customers. Never took our order so we left. On the way out we asked for their Manager, they said the server who was playing with a retractable toy car was the manager until we found out that was a lie. I realize it's been hard on all service industries to find good workers but for more than 2 years, this location has suffered. It takes average 45 min just to get food. Was traveling to flagstaff with my family and we stopped by to have breakfast. First thing I see is a sign that says they are having issues with maintenance and staffing so room is limited. Walked in to 3 families in front of us, half the restaurant was not being used. Got in line to get on waitlist was initially told 1.5 hours but the host then a rude lady came from who knows where (the kitchen) and said and I quote, "oh no we can't serve them, it'll be 3 hours if not they can leave." Could have made a bigger deal but just walked out and starved. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you enjoy being treated like trash. 0 stars if possible. read more

I would give this restaurant "0" stars if I could. This was the worst Dennys I have ever visited. My husband and I had just traveled over 7 hours to arrive in Arizona. It was late, so we ate at Dennys. I ordered an omlette with vegetables. I told the waitress that I didn't want hash browns. My husband ordered a double hamburger. When my order came, it looked discussing. They put the omlette on a small plate, which was odd. When I opened up the omelet. It looks like someone had barfed on the egg. The toast has no butter on it. I took 2 bites of the omlette and couldn't eat any more. My husband asked for a well-done hamburger, which it wasn't. There was so much grease in the hamburger it oozed out. It was gross. When we went back to our hotel, he threw up the hamburger. We have been to other Dennys when traveling, and we never had such crappy, awful food. They need to fire that cook or retrain him. I wish I had taken a picture of this crap! read more

Stopped in for a bite driving back up to Flagstaff late in the evening. Staff was very nice and food was delicious. Definitely hit the spot. Paul E. was our server and he was very good. Despite having a party of 15-20 people right next to us, he still made sure we got served in good time and kept our drinks refilled. All in all, an excellent experience after a long day. read more

Don't know what's going on here, absolutely zero sense of urgency at this location! Never staffed to handle any type of rush, ( Friday evenings, Sunday mornings, holiday mornings)! During the extended wait times waiting on your meal you can watch the cooks constantly rub their nose and hair with their gloved hands just to back to using those same gloved hands to prep your food! Food waits under the heat lamps waiting to be served, partial plates brought out, tables receiving half their orders and the other half show up after the others have had enough time to finish their meals!
