I received a pair of Air Jordan White Cement 4 shoes size 13 from a raffle I entered. I received them on 6/2/25. When I opened the box I noticed that the box cover for the shoes was torn at on the top and side. When I removed the box cover, I noticed that the package paper had been removed. Only the shoes were there. Either they were displa shoes or tried on. I requested a refund or exchange and was denied. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want a response from the company. They stated this was a final sale but that is not stated on the receipt. read more

DO NO SHOP HERE! Rudest man ever runs the store. They don't let you know that there's no refund until after you read the receipt. There's no sign anywhere and they don't let you know before you buy shoes. I walked in and calmly asked the manager if I could get my money back. He said no and scolded me telling Me I was being disrespectful. Worst experience I have ever had in a shoe store. Not to mention the selection is extremely limited. Went down to the store today just to check it out. Didn't have any plans to buy anything. Right when I walked in good energy and vibes from the staff. Saw a lot of stuff I liked. Staff here, especially the manager was very rude, and not even wearing a mask! They were not helpful at all, and when I asked for Jordan 1s, he told me they were out of stock, just laughing at me. I had a terrible experience and will not be coming back to this location ever again. Not to mention the worst part, is that they charge way more for hyped up shoes here! They aren't supposed to do that and it's grimey and totally unacceptable. They often charge $50-$100 over the normal price for shoes here. read more

Don't not buy Jordan's here, the owner charges $60 dollars over retail for popular releases, I'm not sure if Nike allows this since they sell Nike retail products.
