I called last minute to see if they had availability for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure, and gelX. They got us right in. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ben did my gelX set and I could not be happier! He listened to what I wanted and helped me decide which shape to go with. My daughter participated in their raffle and won a Labubu! Let's talk about an extra surprise. The salon is clean and inviting. We will be back!

Not only did they literally replicate the designs we showed them, but the customer service is probably the best we've had at a nail salon. Ben even used a nail dust collector while filing my nails--a small detail that shows how much he cares about cleanliness and comfort. I got Gel-X with 3D blueberries and they came out so cute! I've already gotten tons of compliments, and I can tell the work is going to last. i don't usually get gel extensions because i cannot type LOL but these held up so well for my Japan trip! i forgot who was helping me but i was able to walk in with no appt last minute and show her a reference photo. They looked so so good and i could not stop staring at my hands for two weeks. *Note that i requested my right thumb and index finger to be shorter than the rest so that i could take my contacts out

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been coming to see Rose for years, and she is amazing. She's quick, efficient, and always creates the most beautiful designs. 100/10 Service! Quality of work shows pride and care for customers. FIRSt ever Nail Care where the workers don't talk in between themselves in Vietnamese and you KNOW that they're talking about you. Such a great environment to relax. Mindy did a great job along with Adam on me and my daughter. We had such a healthy conversation and great time getting our nails done. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. I had the most amazing Valentine's Day experience at Demure Nails & Spa in Garden Grove! I went with my best girl friend Claudia for a little self-care date, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed with water and guided to the comfiest massage chairs -- such a thoughtful touch that instantly set the tone for relaxation. We both booked the deluxe pedicure package, and let me tell you... it was luxury from start to finish. Ben and Bon took such incredible care of us. They were kind, patient, and so professional throughout the entire appointment. The deluxe pedicure included a full motley of services: a refreshing peel, careful trim, exfoliating scrub, soothing hot stones, and the most relaxing calf massage. Every step felt intentional and indulgent. What really stood out was how attentive they were. They laughed along with us when we got a little ticklish (because honestly, how can you not? ), took our recommendations seriously, and were so mindful of our toe and foot sensitivities. It felt personal, not rushed -- like they genuinely cared about our comfort and experience.
