Worst customer service ever. I ordered a perfume and it took them months to get to me and I didn't even receive anything.

Instead, she dismissed me, sucked her teeth, walked away without a word, and falsely told the Assistant Manager the dress was not in your system--even though I had proof of purchase. Because I found her behavior suspicious, I recorded part of the encounter on audio, which supports my account in addition to your in-store camera footage. This evidence clearly shows Trudy failed to follow procedure and misrepresented the situation to her manager. When confronted, Trudy displayed open hostility. After I told her she was being racist, she abandoned the register and walked off the job mid-transaction. The Assistant Manager later said they would make an "exception" to process the return, which was insulting since I had a valid receipt. The store manager's nonchalant response further demonstrated a lack of seriousness in handling this discrimination.

The clothing displayed in the women's section was unappealing, with the entire section being disorganized. I was specifically looking for spring/summer colors since the weather has been getting warmer, but the clothing was very dark. These issues were only found on the first floor, hence me giving this review two stars, the second floor was very organized and I was able to find my necessities easily. Hopefully this review can lead to positive changes as I truly loved shopping here.

I have been using the same Kerastase Elixir Ultime Hair Oil for almost 2 years now and I very much love this product. When I opened my gift, I realized that the 15mL Elixir Ultime was just half full, which I found shocking. I came by today to let the associate at the counter know, telling her I opened the box like that - brand new not used, and asked her for another one. She opens the drawer to pull out another box, takes out the Elixir Ultime Hydrating Oil to check that it was more full, and puts it back inside and throws the box on the counter instead of handing it to me. I stared at her thinking she was going to ask me for my phone number to verify that I did indeed come by yesterday or tell me "Have a good day" but she doesn't say anything. I take the box from the counter where she threw it and tell her "Thank you very much". This might have been a free product, but something I was really looking forward to. Imagine my disappointment seeing that the bottle was half full, wondering if someone had used that product before me or some other error. On top of that, her attitude was completely unacceptable and not how you should be treating customers. This encounter felt really disrespectful. I am very disappointed. Do not purchase this company's data loggers for sterilizers. It is a scam. I paid $1750 CAD for it…read moreand it's a cheap box that does not work despite them trying to make it work for a year. That box is made with very old technology with a probe placed outside the chamber and hence recorded 15F less than actual. The data is all messed up. Then I found out the 2 different technicians they hired to install this data logger were never paid. Shlomo promised a full refund but suspiciously asked that I insure the product for the full amount and gave me an address that is different from their office to mail it to. The maximum I could insure was $1000. As expected, suspiciously, he claimed he did not receive the package even though Canada Post tracking number said it was out for delivery. When I tried to file a claim for my lost package, despite multiple attempts from Canada Post as well as myself over the course of 2 months, to get Shlomo to confirm the delivery address and non receipt of the package, they refused to answer Canada Post. Canada Post has now denied my claims. I have lost $1750 and as far as I'm concerned, Alfa Medical got paid for nothing. I do not believe they did not receive the returned package. This is not an honest business. Technicians from AMS, beware, you will not get paid despite them negotiating to pay you $400 to install their products. The technician from DentalFix was not paid either.

I received a confirmation of the order and was charged for the order on our American Express. We have yet to receive the order as of April 30, 2018. I have called at least 10- 15 times to ask the status of the order and they always tell me they need to check on it and call me back. They never call back! I call back and still no one can tell if it's back ordered, shipped, not shipped a tracking #...NOTHING!!! It was charged to our credit card on March 10, 2018 with shipping included.
