They also included a head massage, arm stretches, and an upper lip wax. For my deep tissue massage, my masseuse (I wish I knew her name) was very attentive. Before she began, she asked if I wanted medium pressure or hard pressure. Given it was my first massage I selected medium to start. I have a lot of tension held in my back, due to working on my feet in healthcare, and she really helped relieve years of tension I've gotten used to living with.
