Scam. Unfortunately I didn't search for reviews until after I placed the order. Upon this search it was clear that I had been scammed. The website appears like any other reputable business. Complaints found on the BBB website and in reviews were spot on. They claimed that they contract with local florists like 1800 flowers. They charged my card immediately. A couple hours later I received an email stating that they were unable to make the delivery and we're looking into the reason for this. I canceled my card and reported them to my bank immediately, so the charge never fully processed. I did call them back to let them know that I knew they were fraudulent and that I reported them, the guy just said "ok". Same day I order on October 5th I get this email, "I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers.
