other day, I had the pleasure of ordering flowers for a very special occasion--the birthday of my twin daughters. Like every parent, I wanted the day to be perfect, and the flowers were meant to be a meaningful part of our celebration. To my pleasant surprise, the entire experience turned out to be better than I had anticipated. Not only did the flowers arrive on time, but they were arranged beautifully, exceeding all my expectations. What made this even more remarkable was the attention to detail that the florist showed. Typically, when I order two of the same flower, I often receive just one, which can be a bit disappointing, especially when planning for twins. As you might know, twins often have a unique bond--they love sharing the same things and insist on everything being absolutely equal. There's no room for "almost identical" in their world! This time, however, the order was fulfilled exactly as requested, with two perfectly identical flower arrangements. It might seem like a small detail, but to us, it meant the world. Seeing the joy on my daughters' faces as they each received their own bouquet was truly priceless. The flowers weren't just blooms; they were symbols of their individuality as well as their shared bond as twins. It warmed my heart to see how much they appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Their smiles and excitement made the whole process worthwhile. As parents, moments like these remind us how the little things can create big memories. Whether it's the color of the wrapping, the fragrance of the flowers, or the simple fact that their bouquets matched perfectly, it all added up to make their special day even more unforgettable. I'm so grateful to the florist for their care and precision--this kind of service goes a long way in creating happiness for families like ours. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Before the scheduled delivery date, I was notified that the order had been canceled because it was supposedly undeliverable. I was told I would receive a full refund. Since then, I have had to contact customer service multiple times regarding my refund. On June 1, I was told they would work on it and process it as quickly as possible. On June 8, I received another message apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my money would be returned soon. When I called again on June 15, I was once again told that my refund would be processed by the end of the week. The problem is that I am still waiting for my refund. More than a month has passed since the order was canceled, and no product was ever delivered. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service to recover money for an order that was never fulfilled. This experience has left me with the impression that customer service is no longer a priority. Once a company has your money, it seems that getting assistance becomes an uphill battle. I understand that mistakes happen, but repeatedly promising a refund without actually issuing it is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service practices and refund process so other customers do not have to go through the same frustration. read more

Ordered my flowers. Minutes after the payment was made they cancelled the order saying they couldn't get them delivered and would refund me. It has been 5 weeks, multiple emails and phone calls and still no refund. All their customer service (answering from another country) will tell you is that it's been processed and will be in your acct in 2-3 days. NOTHING BUT A SCAM. Weird that a flower shop would have to use a foreign call center to answer for them if they were really legit. I learned my lesson. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL HOMETOWN FLORISTS. read more

BEWARE -StarLuck Flowers will accept and confirm your order take your payment and immediately cancel the order and not send your refund! Worst experience ever,I placed an order on September 8 at about 3:05 PM the order was received confirmed and full payment was immediately taken ,within 20 minutes My order was canceled and waited the 5 to 10 business days for my refund stayed in contact with them via email and about the 20th business day I still have not received a refund!! it's impossible to reach anybody by phone. If you do reach them they give you the same response. They're working on it. You can never get an answer as to what they're working on. They lack integrity. They lack service. Value they have zero. it's very unfortunate because when you ordering flowers, it's usually for a celebration or to honor somebody and or to send your love and or condolences during a sad time so you want the order to be right and you want it to be perfect and this company could care less. they just your money. fraud and I hope this happens to nobody else. read more

If I could give negative stars for this company I would, this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. On 04/17/26 I ordered flowers for delivery on 04/20/26 to an address in Massachusetts. I chose Starluck for it's alleged proximity to the delivery location. I received an email confirmation for order #739866 at 11:22am CST, 30 minutes later I received an email stating my order was cancelled as there were no florists available. Shortly after that another email was received stating my refund was issued. It's been 5 months and I still haven't received the refund. I've contacted Starluck Flowers regularly every month and receive the same email from their Customer Service Manager Robertha Kiley stating a refund will be issued. They billed my credit card immediately after the order was placed. Why can't they issue the refund just as quickly? I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back. read more

It's a scam, right after they took my money they emailed saying they cancelled the order cause no drivers were available

Absolutely DO NOT order from this site! It's a total scam. I placed an order, got the email it was confirmed, got an email saying it was canceled and a refund had been issued. No refund has ever been issued and it's been over a month. I have contacted them countless times with one person saying he's personally fixing it and he clearly is not. THE WORST BUSINESS! read more

I ordered flowers on July 14. Starluck cancelled the order and sent me a cancellation email stating I would be refunded in 7-10 days because they could not deliver to the intended address--no problem whatsoever. On July 23, I called about the refund because I don't see any pending refunds on my card. The agent told me to wait until ten days had passed. I understood, and it was no problem. July 28 (11 business days have now passed): I called customer service, who stated it would be two more days. I am now frustrated, but they can't do anything else. July 30 (14 business days have now passed): I called and spoke to the same customer service agent, who stated that he would never have told me two more business days. That goodness for my credit union, which is now disputing the charge for me. I would steer clear of this company. 8/1 - added order number. No response from Starluck and no refund. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for a family member after the loss of a loved one for same day delivery. Not only did they not deliver the flowers on the same day, but they charged my card and cancelled the order. If you have already placed your order I would highly recommend going through your bank and disputing the charge. I ordered from Starluck after my dad died. When I placed the order online, a man called me to confirm and made fun of me saying "only women order flowers for themselves." I was in a very sad place so I ignored it but when the order arrived, it was the entirely wrong bouquet (I had ordered one with a keepsake pitcher to remind me of dad) AND it was very wilty and brownish. I asked the delivery lady to please take them back and ask the florist to call. They did. And BADGERED me about letting them resend it until I finally said I want a refund and hung up in TEARS. I checked my bank a few days later and...surprise!...no refund...no flowers. After checking online this seems standard operating procedure for this company. I have had to go through additional hassle to request my bank reverse charges (which they are) in my time of grief. I BEG YOU, for your own sake, please, don't order flowers from here. If you decide to, PLEASE, review the BBB and their complaints which are pretty epic across the web. read more

This place is a scam business. When you place an order it will be canceled before delivery with a vague cancelation email saying they are looking into it. It's a scam ! Do not use this site or place I unfortunately did not see the reviews until I received a cancellation notice and statement that it would be refunded. Update: Minutes after I emailed and told Robertha that I was going to leave an online review, I received my refund. Hey it only took 21 days and 4 requests, but who's counting?? I never leave bad reviews. I'm hoping public shaming will help to get the issue resolved. Absolutely horrible company. Heres the latest email I sent to them: It has been 21 days since my order was cancelled (without notification and for mothers Day flowers ordered almost a week in advance.) The payment has STILL not been refunded to my account. I feel I've been exceedingly patient. I will definitely make sure to do an online review so others know the issues they might expect when ordering from Starluck flowers. Please escalate this issue to management and ask that they contact me to resolve this matter. Keep in mind this is my fourth request for a refund with Robertha Kiley assuring me each time that she will process the refund for me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Imagine my panic when I found out ON MOTHER'S DAY, from my daughter that she had not received her flowers. My solution, and probably the way I will go from now on, was to order flowers from Kroger instacart and have them delivered. Much much cheaper ($15.00 for flowers with delivery included) and a very pretty bouquet at that. I hope maybe that will help others not break the bank when ordering flowers from Starluck, that may not be received anyway. read more

I do not recommend this business. Order placed October 5th for delivery date of October 6th. Same day I order on October 5th I get this email, "I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again." Based on reading other reviews just like mine where some people waited forever for a refund, I did not wait for the refund but disputed it on my credit card. This smells like a SCAM to me and very unprofessional for a florist business. They seem to do this to a lot of customers, so I should have read the reviews first. I will be staying with the BIG florist companies with solid reputations like Bouqs. read more

O stars!! Should be Negative Stars! They are scammers! If you order from them expect your order not to be fulfilled and you will be charged! My wife ordered from them for a friend who was on her death bed because they had an address that looked like they were in the same town as her friend. She immediately contacted Starluck Flowers after reading reviews about them. They said they will cancel the order and we will not be charged. I was watching my credit card carefully and after 8 days I was charged $64.49. I had to contact my credit card company and now it is in dispute. It could take up to 90 days to get it fixed, if at all. If you want to throw away money and not get anything for it....send your money my way instead. I'd appreciate it more! read more

TERRIBLE SCAM company. Do NOT use. The few "positive" reviews are likely fake. Ordered "same day flowers," received email confirmation (but no tracking number = Red Flag!), waited til end of day, no flowers. Called multiple times, on hold indefinitely w/ no answer. I email complained, and later received email reply saying "you have been refunded." Refund never came. I email followed up several days later. Reply was "I'm working on this." Refund never came. Do NOT pour your money down this drain! Scam Scam Scam. (I should've read reviews first... I think their scam relies on folx hurrying for "same-day" delivery; aka- who don't read reviews before placing order.) p.s.- I've never left a bad review in my life, except this one. So I'm serious. ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers to be delivered to a dear friend who had just lost someone special. The gesture was meant to bring comfort during a difficult time. Instead, it turned into added frustration. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email from Starluck Flowers canceling it--without any explanation. I asked about the refund now in 3 separate emails It's now been 21 days, and I still haven't received a refund. I've reached out with no resolution. This kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially when dealing with a time-sensitive and emotional purchase.
