We regret not getting her name, but the young woman behind the printer counter today around 11ish was such a kind heart. Without a word she told us she would provide us with some coupons to make the price for the brochures go down. Was patient asking what we needed and had a wonderfully calm spirit during the whole process. Later today my Mum went to pick up the finalized brochures and inside was a condolences card from her and the staples team. Made me and mom melt. We truly appreciate her attitude, kindness, and help during this time. What a wonderful employee that this location should be very proud of.

It was so easy i can't believe i waited in those long lines before today When you enter Office Depot Have a seat by the office printing center and let them know you have an appointment for TSA . The really nice gentleman who helped me made it such a fun experience we laughed all the way through . He's very professional but made a government program a good time .. He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year
