Matt ha always been a straight…read moreshooter and even though his fee to come out if more than most, he's a good guy so I kept rolling with it. But this year all I've had is issues with his wife Tracy that sets up appointments. She rushes you on the phone, doesn't let you finish explaining what you need and blatantly doesn't care about customer service. I expect a little common courtesy when I'm calling to give YOU my hard earned money. Especially after YOU told me you won't work on the fridge I had, even though Matt has previously and told me he would. Instead I bought a GE that again, she said he would work on and now all of the sudden, she doesn't want to send him for any type of work I guess. I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
