Long story…read moreshort, I contacted PHANTOM to rehabilitate a new stereo install ( from another shop ) that never worked from the initial install , and was an electrical hazard and faulty. That stereo shop in Simi Valley ( Discount Stereo ) totally screwed up my car with an install as well as causing a couple grand in body work damage as a result of negligence and refused to repair their work or remove all the equipment and refund the money. The Phantom team had to go through the entire install + replace some defective hardware, correct all the wiring, remove the ( literally ) fried wires in the engine compartment, etc.... But 8 hours later and admittedly some expense, Howard and his team kicked @ss!!! Can't say enough how much I appreciate the work in my 2002 PROWLER. "GO PHANTOM OR GO HOME!!!" The most memorable find was a massive ancient Japanese pipe wrench, this thing is all cast iron and super heavy for serious work.
