But what really sets them apart is their seat service (full kitchen, full bar) and the quality of their food. From Cinopolis to all the rest, I've been to them all and sometimes you have to wait too long after pressing the button, Sometimes you actually have to get up and look for somebody, most of the times the food is trash, but it's OK cause you're not there for fine-dining cuisine. But this place really delivers with its food. The kitchen really does a great job. Everything is above par for cinema food and I really mean above par. The service is always on point. really recommend this place. Great place to watch a flick. Also -- to edit my review after looking at recent ones -- someone is mad because there's no nutritional or calorie information at a theater menu?! Lol -- get a life. How bored are you at life when you demand nutritional information from a movie cinema menu oh my God, you fat degenerate. Here's a nutritional advice for you. Put the fork down. People are so spoiled they look for anything to complain about. It's just laughable bunch of adult babies shut up.

Every single employee made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Unfortunately, the theater we were in needs a MAJOR renovation. The seating felt like millions of people had plopped down before us, and the sound was on par with a second-run theater from the early 00s. The food and drink pricing is what you would expect - higher than a local sports bar, but not egregious like an arena or stadium. No knocks because it wasn't surprising. I'll go back if I hear that the facility is improved.

During the Covid pandemic, there were barely any employees but now that everything is back to normal, there are many employees looking to help people. I went here almost two weeks ago, looking for a budget TV, as I didn't have the money to buy a better one. I met four employees who all gave me different opinions. The one I remember is Ana D. Ana was very helpful and was willing to go the distance when I asked her the year and model of the TV, she looked it up using the device scanner. Another employee simply didn't want me to buy Samsung but buy TCL, which was cheaper but didn't get good reviews. Some employees kinda didn't want to help and passed by me or forgot to help. They didn't look like they were busy or were helping anyone. The physical media section is small. I still enjoy buying DVD's and Blu-rays over streaming. They are putting out more toys and stuff, which is great, but I wish they increased the Blu-ray section. Because this Best Buy location is small, they are limited to a small selection of stuff. If you want to see a bigger selection, go to Porter Ranch or Thousand Oaks. Wish Best Buy updated the app. So I don't have to tell them the phone number or pull out the membership card. Target has a great app with everything on it, including the membership card bar scanner. Best Buy should do the same. Anyway, shout out to Ana D. I hope she remains there for a long time, grows in the company and hopefully becomes a supervisor or manager. Stores should have more employees like her. Not only was she working on the floor, helping guests, pulling items, but also was the cashier, checking out items for the guests. I'm surprised that Best Buy doesn't have a place anywhere to on the receipt or online to review the locations you visit. It's good to get feedback and help improve guest service.

They DO NOT stand behind their service. We purchased "installation" with our new TV's and after one of the TV's fell off the wall, damaging the TV and leaving holes in our wall, Best Buy says we were just outside of the 90 day warrantee and REFUSED to help us. It was their horrible installation that caused the damage and they will not stand behind their work. Pedro in the large product restoration department was rude, cold, and not caring at all for the problem their team caused us. He offered NO HELP! My family will NEVER again support Best Buy.

I waited until around noon on Monday to call back and spoke to the same woman who answered my previous call. She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business. Stopped by here for lunch right after landing in LA and it was packed with a lunch rush. We ordered…read morethe pastrami dip, pastrami burger, small fries, and onion rings. The pastrami burger and onion rings were the highlights for me. The onion rings were super crispy with a nice, light batter. The burger hit the spot too. The fries were a bit underwhelming though, kind of bland and definitely needed more seasoning. Overall, a solid stop if you're craving pastrami, but I'd skip the fries next time.

Let's get one thing straight--The Hat isn't just good... it's the kind of place that makes every…read moreoverpriced, overhyped sandwich shop look completely ridiculous. I ordered the pastrami dip, and this is how it's supposed to be done. Not dry, not chewy, not some sad excuse for deli meat. This was juicy, tender, stacked high, and absolutely dripping with flavor. Every bite hits hard--rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. And the bread? Holds together like it actually wants to be part of the sandwich, not fall apart halfway through like a soggy mess. Now let's talk about the onion rings... because this is where they flex. You order a "large," and instead of some tiny portion pretending to be generous, they hand you a brown paper bag absolutely PACKED with crispy, golden onion rings. Not greasy, not limp--crunchy, hot, and seasoned properly. This is what a large is supposed to look like. Other places should be embarrassed. And the service? Fast, efficient, no nonsense. No attitude, no confusion, no standing around wondering what's going on. These people know exactly what they're doing. Orders come out quick, everything's hot, and the whole operation runs like a machine. That's how you handle volume without sacrificing quality--something a lot of places clearly can't figure out. No gimmicks. No trendy nonsense. No tiny portions dressed up to look fancy. Just big, bold, properly executed food that actually delivers on what it promises. Meanwhile, other spots are out here charging double for half the portion and calling it "premium." Stop it. This is the standard. Bottom line: If you want a real pastrami sandwich, real portions, and service that actually keeps up--go to The Hat. If not, go waste your money somewhere else. I'll be back. And next time, I'm getting another bag of those onion rings--because clearly, one isn't enough.
