I spoke with him last visit and he encouraged me to give it one more try. So for my birthday I did lunch here today. I received my birthday burger, and it was delicious... so was everyone's meal. My burger was the A1 steakhouse with fries. I absolutely loved it. Have never had this before, but will get it again for sure. Next was a whisky river chicken wrap with onion rings. She was super happy with it. The onion rings were nice and thick. They were fantastic. Then, a bacon cheeseburger with fries. She said it was good.....until she saw the little bit of pink in the middle (ordered well) but wasn't too upset.... she was full and satisfied already with the half she did eat and the fries. Lastly, the whisky river grilled chicken and fries. He thoroughly enjoyed it! Said it was perfectly made. P.S. all the buns and flour torilla for the wrap were very fresh. Excellent quality items. Kristal was our server and did a good job with her service. Lunch time it wasn't overly busy which made the restaurant a relaxing environment and easy to talk with each other. What a friendly easy going helpful person she was, answering questions that we had and getting answers for the questions she didn't have. Very attentive checking on us numerous times. We have dined here before and the fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection, Oysters are always good and the cocktails always spot on and refreshing. During the Covid pandemic, there were barely any employees but now that everything is back to normal, there are many employees looking to help people. I went here almost two weeks ago, looking for a budget TV, as I didn't have the money to buy a better one. I met four employees who all gave me different opinions. The one I remember is Ana D. Ana was very helpful and was willing to go the distance when I asked her the year and model of the TV, she looked it up using the device scanner. Another employee simply didn't want me to buy Samsung but buy TCL, which was cheaper but didn't get good reviews. Some employees kinda didn't want to help and passed by me or forgot to help. They didn't look like they were busy or were helping anyone. The physical media section is small. I still enjoy buying DVD's and Blu-rays over streaming. They are putting out more toys and stuff, which is great, but I wish they increased the Blu-ray section. Because this Best Buy location is small, they are limited to a small selection of stuff. If you want to see a bigger selection, go to Porter Ranch or Thousand Oaks. Wish Best Buy updated the app. So I don't have to tell them the phone number or pull out the membership card. Target has a great app with everything on it, including the membership card bar scanner. Best Buy should do the same. Anyway, shout out to Ana D. I hope she remains there for a long time, grows in the company and hopefully becomes a supervisor or manager. Stores should have more employees like her. Not only was she working on the floor, helping guests, pulling items, but also was the cashier, checking out items for the guests. I'm surprised that Best Buy doesn't have a place anywhere to on the receipt or online to review the locations you visit. It's good to get feedback and help improve guest service.

She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business.
