I was helping my wife plan some custom stickers for her 30th Birthday party favours. I agreed to submit the design before the end of the day to try and get the order completed in time so there wouldn't be any rush fees. Unfortunately (my fault) although we got the designs sent over at 4:50pm, we ran in to some issues with their website not allowing us to proceed with adding the order to the basket and paying for it as the box was greyed out and it wasn't clear why this was the case. My wife (who happens to be a UX designer) tried and tried to complete the order and even after calling bezign and speaking to a colleague of Joes she wasn't able to get it done in time and eventually gave up in frustration as the time was past 5pm and had other things to sort out. I managed to get to it myself later on and figured out how to bypass the issue and submitted the order by 5:35pm, with a note explaining the issue we had with their website ordering process, hoping they might understand. I called the following morning as I hadn't received any confirmation email and spoke to the colleague who explained that on this occasion although we were a bit late, they would still fulfill the order without a rush fee, for which I was grateful - I wouldn't have minded paying extra - as they had been helpful up until this point and I apologised for the late submission. That's when things turned sour. Around 30 minutes later Joe called accusing me of trying to avoid paying a rush fee and in effect explained how this small order was not worth his time and wanted to refund the order unless I paid more. All the while I was trying to explain myself, what had happened and what his colleague and I had already agreed on. Joe was abrupt, unwilling to listen and would not allow me to speak without interruption. I was completely shocked and felt belittled as he insisted on going through the website ordering process interrogating me on what I had done, insisting there shouldn't be any issues with his website and how it was my fault for not doing it correctly. We agreed to disagree and refund the order. Although we haven't managed to get the stickers in time now for our event which is disappointing, Bezign has also lost a future customer from a fellow business owner who lives down the road in Moorpark. In my opinion this is not how business should be done, even if the customer has made a mistake. I won't be considering Bezign for any promotional products for my own business in the future. Annoyed, I went home, taped it and applied the label myself, and came back to drop it off. That's when the owner lost it. He started yelling that I couldn't leave the package at his store - even though Amazon had assigned it there. When I said as much and set it down, he grabbed the box and threw it out the door. As I tried to get him to accept it, he called the Sheriff and claimed I was vandalizing his place. We both pulled out our phones to record. I called 911 myself to let them know I'd be waiting in my car. Deputies came, took a report, and I left. Reading the other complaints here, I'm clearly not the only one. Easy to just go somewhere else.

Yes, astonishingly, some government agencies require a faxed copy of a hand signed document. Two people who arrived after me got helped before me, guy I ended up speaking to was previously, loudly, saying he hated his job and disappeared for 5 minutes or so. Finally I asked for the document to get faxed, wrongly thinking this would be his easiest job of the day and he pointed to a corner of the store and said "Go wait over there but if you're in a hurry go somewhere else." I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
