They took there time, an hour for pedicure and an hour for SNS (may not have been exactly an hour, but pretty close). The ambience was nice! They offer beverages, to include wine. My mom came for a 3 week visit when I had my little girl. The day before she left I booked a mother/daughter manicure/pedicure for us to enjoy. We arrived. Sat in the pedi chairs, ordered a glass of wine each and proceeded to enjoy our afternoon. The experience and ambiance were nice. However, when it came to do our manicures they were done in the pedi chairs with the nail tech standing and stretching to reach our hands. My polish was slightly uneven and the mani its self was rushed. Today is day 2 with my natural nail French manicured fingers and the polish has already began chipping and peeling away. I've had great experiences here in the past but I guess it's very dependent on who you get. Today might have been my worst looking manicure that I've gotten anywhere ever. I work with my hands so I keep my nails generally on the short side but I like at least a few millimeters of nail so they don't look odd. The woman who worked on my nails today filed them down as short as she could get them so they now essentially look like a child who has bitten their nails. There's gel leftover on my skin as a result since they were filed so short. The white on my French tips is a faded white, more like royal icing over actual French tips. The defects in my skin from clipping them are obvious. Also note in the attached pictures where she clipped my skin on my ring finger too close and it started to bleed. I was excited to go here since it's been recommended by friends and acquaintances on Facebook, but I was not impressed. I made an appointment last Thursday for my mom, mother-in-law, and myself and specified what type of nails each of us would like- SNS for myself, gel for my MIL, and regular manicure for mom. First, if you want a classic manicure, forget it. My mom asked for a French manicure in regular polish. It was as if the lady hasn't worked in anything but acrylics. She cut my mom's nails to the bed insisting that she was attempting to "even" them. My mom was visibly upset. She then just asked for clear polish because she was embarrassed. Instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, the workers LAUGHED. Not only that, but they didn't even give her the standard freaking arm massage. She worked tirelessly for my wedding and paid for a service that wasn't rendered. I was livid and nearly walked out. Now for my nails, I had specified I wanted SNS without tips for my wedding that weekend. When I told them I wanted an ombré French tip, all of the sudden there was only one guy who could do it?? And so I had to wait half an hour for him to finish another client. After that, he didn't cut my cuticles so my SNS was not even and has grown out over the last week unevenly and awkwardly. He also used waaaay too much powder so they're bulky and thick nails, even though I didn't even add tips. No oil was put on my cuticles afterward, which is supposed to be standard. A week later, they're now lifting at the edges and yellowing, I'm going to a different salon to get them removed because they're awful. This place was an utter disappointment. It's another shop that focuses heavily on pedicures and has no idea how to give an actual decent manicure anymore. I also did not see any fans or vents next to the desks to pick up dust, etc which is just worrisome from a cleanliness standpoint. I have a love hate relationship with this place. They don't keep parties together during services which can be annoying. Avoid David at all costs. Today while getting a pedicure the black pad they used to scrub the bottom of my feet she was rubbing it on the side of my foot and it started bleeding. Nail techs here are not equal in quality. I was very disappointed in my re-opening pedicure tech. She began by giving me no jets and I had to ask for them. She did not understand what I was saying. She had my feet on the jet for less than one minute and told me not to put it back in. She was sooo rushed with no one in line that I had a horrible experience. Hot rock massage was 1 minute and 39 seconds and one was 1 minute 24 seconds - yes, I timed it because I'm paying for a 50 minute service and am got a 30 minute service. I'm highly disappointed. Massage time was 1 minute 4 seconds for right leg and left leg was 1 minute 3 seconds. I paid for an aroma pedicure and this was treated as a basic pedicure. Very disappointed. VERY. Her massage pressure was good, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service time. I'm not leaving here any more relaxed than I came in. I felt rushed and disappointed. She also didn't remove the lotion oils from my nails prior to painting. She also didn't put my shoes on prior to applying the paint either. I will never use her again. I will be getting her name on my exit. I keep coming hoping it gets better, but this was just so disappointing. If you're looking for a thorough massage and water jet experience as I was, I encourage you to seek services elsewhere unfortunately. First, this place is filthy. I don't think the light fixtures or decorative ledge near the ceiling has been cleaned EVER. You can see the years of dust and grime build-up. Second, the nail tech was very rough, drew blood on one toe, and left two bruises on my legs from the "massage". I ended up at Urgent Care three days later for the massive infection in the cuticle area of my right big toe. I ended up losing that nail. This is the worst salon I have even been to. One time I went for a manicure and the nail technician cut the nails so uneven with a scissor (not a nail trimmer!) That I had uneven nails even after she finished! I returned another time and decided against a manicure and I requested the delux pedicure. The lady did not know what she was doing the entire time. She kept putting oil all over my legs instead of the salt scrub and lotion and used DIRTY WATER to wipe off the oil! I got my nails done on Friday 5/28th..... gel polish w design, paid $40 plus a 25% tip. Within 24 hours it lifted ENTIRELY while I was out of town. I walk in for my WEEKLY manicure that I've always paid $12 for and the employee let me know it's now $16 that the prices went up and to read a paragraph posted on the cash register, she repeated to me over 3 times that it was never $12 and to "read! I have been getting shellac manicures and regular pedicures at this location for almost two years now, off and on. Normally, I rave about their service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my past few experiences with this salon have been very unsatisfactory. A few weeks ago, I went in for a shellac manicure. I was seated with a nail tech names Peter, who proceeded to halfheartedly soak off the remnants of my previous shellac manicure before hastily shaving the polish off with a drill (used for acrylic nails). I have no problem paying for polish removal, but when I'm paying for a "soak-off" I expect that service and not the damage nail beds I received. Enter the first coat of colored shellac. I removed my hands from the UV dryers and noticed an odd wrinkling in the polish on half of my fingers. Surprised, I asked him what was going on (assuming the shellac was old or something) but, due to a language barrier, did not receive an answer. He painted over the "wrinkles" and placed my hands in the dryers again. Again, the polish emerged with more wrinkling and again I tried to figure out what was wrong. He consulted with a nearby tech and eventually switched out the dryers he was using, but this did not correct the problem. After finishing my manicure, he frowned at my nails, and again consulted with another tech. He then decided to scrape off parts of the wrinkled shellac, instead of correcting the whole nail. This resulted in obvious lines and imperfections in the manicure, and some of the polish continued to wrinkle. Finally, he shrugged and led me to pay. By this point, a manager had caught wind of the issue and approached me. I explained my surprise and dissatisfaction with the manicure. He explained that there seemed to be an issue with the dryers and then said, "I guess you don't have time for him to fix it again...?" Having already been there for two hours, I did not and explained that I would not be able to come in again for a few weeks. He assured me I could come back any time to have it fixed, charged me the full amount, and made a note on my receipt. I was finally able to return today for a pedicure and fix of my manicure. I explained the previous issue I had had and the gentleman at the front desk remembered the situation. After my pedicure, a different manager approached me to say they were no longer able to fix the mistakes and that I would need a completely new manicure. Again, I explained what had happened and she said it had been too long. When I reminded her of the "come back any time" promise I had received, she said it didn't matter and offered to take a "few dollars" off the price of the new manicure. I declined the offer, explaining that I didn't want to risk another essentially full-price warped manicure. The manager shrugged and walked away. Although my past few visits were the first time I've received poor service here, it definitely has not left me eager to return. It seems that the salon is enjoying success, but that they might not be hiring a staff that can produce the same level of service that has made them successful in the first place. Be wary of poor service and be prepared to waste time if something goes wrong. read more

Otherwise, it's adequately clean, the staff is friendly & the results are passable....it's pretty nondescript, but the price is right & there's hardly ever a wait. First, we were there an hour and a half before closing (and I even called earlier that day to make appointments and they stated their closing time). Upon arrival, we were told they wanted to close early...... so basically from that moment we were rushed lime cattle through our entire mani and pedi. They tried to make me sit in a chair that didn't even work?! Who gets a SPA pedicure, deluxe one at that, and plans to be in a chair that DOESN'T massage?! The woman that was doing my nails actually got mad at me for telling her I wasn't sitting in a broken chair lol then they rushed through my manicure that they did WHILE I was getting the pedicure! At the end of all this they had the audacity to charge me the full amount for my ridiculous manicure and pedicure. Here's the kicker.....this was with my two girlfriends from out of town, I haven't seen for years, who were here for my wedding the next day and the salon knew that and still gave us this kind of service.
