Ivo is an extremely nice lady and not to say she does bad on other people's hair but she literally ruined mine. She used such strong chemicals on my thin hair and bleached the crap out of it that it started falling out. I have never lost so much hair in my life. I asked for a natural looking full highlight but instead got a rushed uneven bleach job that made my hair yellow. I cried. I went to another salon to have it fixed and the new guy who did my hair felt so bad for me and said it was one of the worst highlight jobs he had ever seen. I do not recommend Ivo if you have thin hair or want a highlight. I wish I could get my money refunded for this awful experience.

I had an event recently where I had a (non-life-threatening) medical emergency while in her chair, and she was very concerned and caring and helpful. While we were waiting for the ambulance, she was wiping my neck and forehead with a cool damp cloth to minimize my distress, and that meant a lot to me.
