This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked through a third party and when we arrived the desk person couldn't find our reservation so when I tried showing her on my phone she refused the information and even suggested the travelodge. She kept looking at my husband who's black like he was going to do something to her. Then when he went back to see if he left his ID and was greeted by security. Now I see why they have black lives matter protests going on. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I disliked. read more

Nice place, good breakfast, good gym and pool. But what made it worth it was a staffer name-tagged Gabrielle, who did not hesitate early this morning to make sure I had what I needed when she could have made me wait another 5-10 minutes, and she did so without seeming put out by it. read more

I have heard good things about their food specials they have on their restaurant called "venture " .so i decided to go have a looksie the environment and the atmosphere was nice and the staff was super friendly . I sat there and i was told that the prime rib was the special for the day . I ordered it and wow this was delicious .. perfectly cooked and the meat extremely tender. I ordered rare and thats exactly how i got it.... one of the best primes i have had in years .. i would higly recommended it..... ... not bad at all for valentines dinner... well priced..... and well worth it ... i dont know whos the cjef but it was sure made with love.... being in the industry i know about quality and thats a great dish read more

Outstanding facility and housekeeping, especially for the area, but there are opportunities to improve. 1. An overall lack of benefits for elite members, exacerbated by a confusing policy of assigning upgrades only when appearing onsite. Typically, Marriotts will assign an upgrade when on online check-in is completed, sometimes 48 hours before the stay. 2. A rather unprofessional tone and format on the online message system on the Bonvoy app. And only after many minutes of waiting. 3. A lack of please, thank you, and greeting by front desk staff who seem quite immersed in their colorful terminals or interested in each others' company. 4. The $16 glass of prosecco that retails for $12 a bottle is a mystery. 5. An inability to say I'm sorry or apologize in any way for lost dry cleaning, a lack of towels, a misinterpreted room service order, or anything that goes awry. Perhaps it's a cultural thing, but that's what training is for. 6. 7 a.m. water sprinklers misting onto the sidewalks--does that have to be done when many business travelers are going to their cars? 7. I don't understand why receipts aren't posted to the Bonvoy websites for this hotel as they are for others. That slows down the expensing process as one either has to request an email when checking out or calling for a receipt. read more

As petty as this sounds, the pool was not open due to not being "cleaned" as they stated. This was the reason we chose this place as the pool looked very nice and had a hot tub. We confirmed after reservations were made. Upon getting ready to go for a swim and a soak we walked right past the front desk, my child in life vest and us in swim suits. Get to pool and it's closed. We went to talk with front desk as to why and they just state that they only work the front desk. The front desk attendants are not properly trained to be employees of the hospitality industry. They do not know customer service. With not having a manager available until Monday you would expect some sort of resolve by who you have available to speak with. This place has great rooms and very clean. But I just can't stand a place that has people that cannot give quality customer service. What happened to those days. Little sizzle on the steak. Make the experience of spending your hard earned money with a business worth it. Shame. We canceled our reservations though Priceline and went to another hotel. Priceline took care of the refund even though the hotel would not agree on the cancellation to be spiteful since they knew the situation and had already stated to us they can't do anything for us. read more

This was as disappointing as when I order a 5 star pad thai and only get a 3 star. It's annoying but it works. To begin, we arrived at 12 am and reserved a queen room available online. However when we were checking out, the lady at the front desk took decades attempting to find the queen room available. That was about a 30 minute wait. She can't find the queen so she gives us a"Queen Executive " with bath robes and slippers. We arrive to our room and find no microwave, robe, slippers, and only 1 cup for coffee. The restaurant bar is terrible. Could be 1st class but.... Foods ok, managers have no idea how to run a restaurant/ bar. They have sub par managers and it shows. Linda in particular is only interested in young men w no experience. Johnny kitchen sous is a joke. read more

Awesome new hotel. Front desk person was super friendly. And even gave us a nice corner room since we have a toddler. The hotel smells so good. From the lobby to our room. The room was super clean; not one hair in the bathroom, which definitely makes me happy. Cleanliness for me is so so so important. And the beds were so soft. My daughter didn't want to to play on the floor. There were hooks it seemed everywhere, which came in so handy, and the shower was was awesome. Impressed all around. The only downfall was that the food downstairs was expensive; but we got in late and were starving. And I wanted something off their restaurant menu and my husband went down to order and pick up, and they said certain items could only be called in. Soo ended up with a $16 meal I didn't want. Nothing included for breakfast (and didn't want $16 eggs) so we had to go out. And we needed milk for the kiddo and they sent us to a convenience store down the street... read more

Absolutely beautiful piece of property! The Delta Hotel left no stone unturned in their fabulous remodel. All of the staff is friendly and fabulous. The restaurants service is great, but the food is AMAZING. I always look at "hotel food" as gross, but I did not find that here. It's in a convenient, central location. I'm excited to see how Everett grows after the addition of this wonderful new hotel. read more

Brand new and beautiful. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The food and drinks were great!
