Buyers beware....I scheduled them to come do a simple cleaning (should have been around $100), but instead they wanted to charge me over $1500 for a "deep clean" and to replace the tube that connected my dryer. The tech also tried to tell me that I needed to replace all of the pipes which would be an additional $1300! I declined these charges. After the tech left, there have been nonstop issues. The part he replaced was not sealed properly and has caused leaking and lint to get everywhere. We also found a broken cover outside of the house where the output is that wasn't like that before. AND, he left dust all over everything that I had to clean up. I understand it's a dirty job, but he did not attempt to wipe down anything and left dirt and water on the floor. I've been speaking to the "manager" back and forth but no resolution. She initially offered to have another tech come, but I declined because why would I want another one of their pushy, dishonest employees coming to fix the already terrible work they did in the first place? She said she would call me after speaking to the technician so we could figure something out, but still no call....Instead, the tech called me arguing over what he did or didn't do. Completely unprofessional company, just gives you the runaround and tries to charge crazy amounts for a service that should be a fraction of the cost. They're insane. On top of this...I noticed on my statement that the technician charged me as a RECURRING CHARGE of $1549 which I had my bank put a stop to immediately. This company is a total scam, just a bunch of dishonest, unqualified people trying to rip people off with bad service and take their money and run. Never should have let them set foot in my house. I of course disputed this charge and am letting the bank handle this now. It wasn't until I left a review of course that they started harassing me daily trying to "resolve" this - further proving this was a scam company. Stay FAR away. read more
