It was Easter Sunday, and they were very busy! However, the wait was only about 25 minutes, and from the time we were seated to the completion of our meal, it was about 30 minutes. They were smooth! The service, the kitchen, the rotation on the floor--this place is a well-oiled machine! Now for the food! It was absolutely delicious! Every bite was fresh and seasoned very well. We started with the Deviled Eggs, and these were delectable. The Gouda Grits were cooked wonderfully, and the shrimp was also perfectly cooked. I had a side of Brussels sprouts for some Green vegetables, and they were roasted beautifully with a bit of a pepper kick. Nice! The rest of my party thoroughly enjoyed their entrees, too. We will be back!

Nice area~ Food was fresh, attendant in the Drive-Thru was super kind & I did have to go inside as it took awhile & she asked us to pull up so we did & then I went to check out the interior decor & the hostess held the door as soon as she saw me which was like 25 feet before the entrance- like literally as soon as I stepped foot on their sidewalk- the inside is trendy but the star of the show was no doubt the Gouda Grits- makes your tongue slap your mouth! We also ordered the wafflewich with fried chicken, duck fat hash-browns, mess of biscuits w/Louisiana cane butter & 4 beignets as well as a hot & also a iced mocha pecan coffees- everything was excellent- our only complaint was the hash-brown portion was rather small. We'll definitely stop back in for a visit!

Wow! Wow! Wow! As a flight attendant I get to go to a lot of places to eat. My FO found this on Yelp so we thought we would try it out. It was so good we came back the next morning bc we had another layover the next night. It was fantastic! The duck fat hash browns...oh...my...gosh!!! The biscuits...yummmm!! They have fabulous food but they also have craft coffees and cocktails! I can't wait to go again... maybe for lunch.

What a pleasant surprise. I just came here for breakfast because I had an hour to kill before my kid's baseball game. The place is really nice and the staff is very friendly. Both the bartender and the owner or manager noticed my UL-Lafayette hat and commented on it (not negatively). I got eggs over medium, a side of crispy bacon and hash browns. Hands down the best thing I ate all weekend.

I have to have it to them, Delta Biscuit Company serves up some yummy brunch food! We started with appetizers of Brussels Sprouts and Deviled Eggs--both tasty. I was dining with Tony and my brother, and we all got the same thing--the Lafourche Omelette, which had veggies and tons of protein including Tasso ham, chicken, and sausage. The omelette was good, but I secretly wished we had ordered different dishes so we could try some variety. We drank the night before so we stayed away from cocktails, but the ones I saw delivered to neighboring tables looked good. As for the wait staff, they were all knowledgeable and kind. And, the atmosphere is contemporary and inviting... and super clean. We sat at the long bar near where the chefs were prepping the food. It was enjoyable watching them.

Wait to be seated upon entering with a hostess stand to the right of the entry. Bar seating is available. The interior is bright and airy with ample seating. Great ambiance and spectacular service. Our coffees were perfect and the food didn't fail to impress! I got the shrimp and Gouda grits with a lone biscuit on the side. My husband and I split the pork belly biscuit sliders as an appetizer and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth good! The restaurant was so welcoming and clean and their staff are very kind. I ordered the citrus ginger drink ( loved it!) I also ordered the biscuit and gravy along with scrambled eggs, I really enjoyed the fluffy and creaminess of them! Once again we stopped at Delta before hitting the road back to Dallas. Didn't disappoint!!! Food was hot fresh and ready, our servers were phenomenal. Super attentive, nice, and kept the amazing coffee coming. They sat us quickly even with 13 people. The vibes were vibing yall!! Met the one of the owners, Glen, who was super nice. Check them out in your way out or in Monroe! We will be back. I recommend Shrimp and Grits, their blackened chicken eggs and biscuits and please please try the best hash browns cooked in duck fat.

Every time I'm in town visiting mom, this is a must brunch place. Make sure you make reservation ahead of time. I've sat at the bar last time and it's fun to see what happens in the kitchen. This time we had more people so we sat at a high top table. Service was good but the food is always on point. I'm still drooling over my Nola Bowl I had. Big portion so I ate half for brunch and the remaining next day. Can't go wrong with their biscuits either. They are hugeeee. They service specialty coffee and craft cocktails. Location is in a strip center next to a cute retail store.

OMG!!! The best dining experience that we had in Monroe, on a recent trip to town. Excellent service, delicious food, gorgeous dining room, an overall awesome experience. We came for breakfast on Thursday morning, got sat promptly and had coffee on the table within no time. Our order was delivered with almost no wait at all. We got an omelette with ham and cheese and a side of the duck fat hash browns and THE biscuit (which was perfection!!). Everything we ordered was flavorful, reasonably priced, and we will come back here anytime we are in the area.

My niece told me about this place, so my husband and I thought we'd try it out. We had a tiny bit of a wait, but so worth staying for. The hostess was welcoming and witty. Once seated the waitress very friendly and attentive, and knew the menu well. Everything we ordered was delicious! The avocado spread was very flavorful and the jammy eggs on the avocado toast were done perfectly. The Bayou Maçon omelet with Gouda grits was outstanding. AMAZING! I have lived in Monroe all my life, and I usually go to restaurants expecting subpar food. But the Delta Biscuit Company blew me away! It felt almost like a New Orleans restaurant. Passing thru town and decided to try this spot out - and boy are we glad we did!! As their name would indicate, their biscuits are amazing - and they accompanied the delicious pimento cheese (with bacon and chow-chow) appetizer we ordered. I had the Pork Belly Sandwich, wife had two sides: Gouda Grits and Roasted Brussels Sprouts; all were super good. And although we rarely have dessert, we ordered the beignets and they were also wonderful! (With plenty to take home with us as well!) Also - one of the owners was moving about the restaurant continually while we were there checking on guests and assisting his staff - which, by the way, provided great service. I went for brunch on a Sunday morning, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I really liked the ambiance. I ordered some coffee and the Wafflewich. It was okay. It had no flavor. It was like they sprinkled a little salt and pepper in the flour of the fried chicken but didn't season the chicken itself. Also, the breading was soft, not crisp. The cheese was not very good either. I think it was one of those yellow american cheese single slices. I think I might try this place again but order something else. read more

This place was awesome!!! Not much to choose from an availability stand point on a Sunday as many places are closed. I was very happy I found this place. Came recommended to me by a customer of mine. Place was beautiful and very clean. Looks like high rent district but very reasonable prices. Food was absolutely fantastic. I had a shrimp bowl of some sort with duck fat hash browns and cheesy grits with over medium egg on top of trinity and was awesome. I asked for Louisiana hot sauce but never used it because I would not have done it justice. Dish was perfect. Also had a biscuit with gravy. Arguably one of the best I've ever had.. side of bacon was OK but didn't compare to the high level of excellence everything else was. For dessert I did have a couple beignets. Like gourmet donuts with powdered sugar butter and honey. What a mess but WOW, well worth it. Next time I'm back in town this place is a must stop no matter what. One word to describe it - incredible. The food, atmosphere, and people are out of this world. It doesn't feel like you are in Monroe when you come in. Everything was great and the workers are incredibly nice and patient. If you plan to go to Delta Biscuit PLEASE get the beignets. They are LIFE CHANGING. It looks different, but the Monroe location has the same welcoming feel of the original, and the food is delicious. Service was fast and courteous, and the prices were reasonable. The food lasted us the whole week and we were able to share with visitors who stopped by. The fruit was gorgeous and very tasty. I had an overall positive experience initially--the food was excellent, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was good up until the end of my visit. However, I encountered a serious issue with billing that was not handled appropriately. After paying for my meal, I later noticed that I had been charged twice, which caused my bank account to go into overdraft. I contacted my bank to confirm the charges, and they verified that both transactions were processed by the restaurant. I called the restaurant that same day and left a voicemail since they were closed, but I did not receive a response. The following day, I called again and spoke with a manager. Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing. I was told they would need to check with the general manager and that I should call back later, as well as contact my bank to dispute the charge. At no point was a clear solution or immediate assistance offered, despite the issue originating from the restaurant. This situation was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing, as I discovered the overdraft while trying to pay for an outing with my children. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during training, but the lack of urgency and accountability in resolving the issue was frustrating. I hope this feedback encourages better handling of similar situations in the future. A employee by the name of Jonathan reached out to me to make sure the issue was resolved . Great food but takes an hour to get a seat and it is great fresh food but when you can go to Waffle House and get next to the same In 10 min and 25% of the cost in this time of Joe Biden and his inflation I can't see spending the time and money to get a meal a little better and a whole lot more expensive than Waffle House. Waffle House is not in the league of the quality. Just saying. read more
