Chicken sandwich

Was looking forward to coming here because we're in Richmond and Della Coffee is soon to open over here, so we wanted to try it before they come. They did not disappoint. The food, the place, the staff were all great. My wife, daughter and I all ordered the same, the chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich. And each of us said the same thing, AWESOME!!!

It's a nice cafe. Great light. Plenty of tables, including a large closed off table and room. Our drinks were great. They came out fast too. No issue there. I wish the banana bread had an accurate label that said it had chocolate in it so I wouldn't be surprised when it came out, but other than that no issues. It's clean. Staff is friendly.

Cute spot, friendly service. The guava croissant is 10/10!!! So yummy and a must. Had the flat white flavored coffee it was good just not spiced to my liking. A little pricey for the size though

OMG!! one of the BEST lattes and sandwiches i have ever had, so serious. From the moment I walked in, staff was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they are all so genuine and care about not only their customers but staff as well. My friend and I loved everything about this place from the cute decor and setting to the yummy flavors of our food and coffees! I will be back to try more!

I have been wanting to try this place and finally made it . Got the 3 cold brew coffee and I can say enough about how delicious it was !!! But wait that sourdough cinnamon roll was the best !!! Would definitely recommend to anyone .

I decided to stop in here on a whim. I pass by it several times a week. I'm glad I did! The staff is really kind and the atmosphere is lively yet you can still get work done! I had an iced hibiscus tea and it is perfectly naturally sweet. I also had the sourdough cinnamon roll which was super delicious! The icing especially! I'll be back soon!

Can I give them 10 stars?! Wow! How had I not been here before? I came on a Saturday morning and even though it was busy, I didn't have to wait long. They have free parking in the back of the building which is always a plus. When you walk in, you place your order and then find a table. It's a small but cute and cozy coffee shop. There are so many great options and they even have a seasonal coffee menu. I ordered the Fireside Chat coffee with maple, vanilla, smoked sea salt and toasted marshmallow and it was SO FREAKING GOOD! I also ordered the BEC (sourdough english muffin, bacon, egg, havarti cheese, avocado spread, arugula, pickled onions, pickled mustard seeds) and again, SO FREAKING GOOD! Service was good and everyone is very nice. Needless to say, I will be back!

Preface: I ordered an iced lavender latte and definitely received what I think is an iced vanilla latte but because the drink I received isn't bad, I will just write a review based on that and not take into account that they messed up my order... :D For an iced vanilla latte, the drink is pretty good - not too sweet and has a toasty vibe. It appears their standard size is a 12 oz which i feel is smaller than usual (to me a standard is 16 oz) but their pricing is the same as other coffee shops so maybe not as much of a deal in that sense. There's a parking a lot in the back which is super convenient. At 8 in the morning there were a few parties either hanging out or working. Another thing to note - not sure if my cup was faulty or what but the cap was very prone to popping off if I held my cup near the top. Not something I experience with other coffee shops At this point I'd probably give Della a 3.5-4

The usual cafe upbeat music and coffee grinding in the background makes this a perfect environment if you need some beats in the background

Disclaimer: I'm on a hunt for the best cafe to work from as I'm working remote. My review is based on factors for a good place to work from and not necessarily the coffee or food. Overall GREAT cafe for work and coffee. Noise level - 65db casual conversation Wifi speed - 230 down 93 up (wow) Power plugs - about 6 Seats - 40 indoors Parking - free 10 lots There is a conference room in the cafe that you can use for a quieter experience. The service was great; the barista was friendly. My $7 iced oat milk latte came within 2 minutes and is delicious. It was difficult to take a virtual meeting if you're sitting near the speakers but if you're farther it's fine.

Such a lovely coffee spot. First time visiting even though I pass by it all the time. Barista was super friendly and the place itself is not big but still had a spacious & cozy feel to it with plenty of seating. They even had a small "conference room" if you were to have a larger group, just not sure if it's first come first serve or you would need to reserve it. The natural light is a plus, and parking is also great for the area. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and added the figgy syrup. Was really good! They have options for food and baked goods. And even other items for sale in their fridge and shelves (see pics). Definitely will return here solo or to meet up with friends. Thank you for an enjoyable first visit.

I love Della and work from here maybe every week or so. This spot is probably where I'm most a "regular" at. Everyone is seriously nice, the space is bright and airy, the food is unreal and would surprise you. I wanna say it's all house made sourdough but not 100%. The sausage roll and the cinnamon roll, wow. My first experience ever I got my usual coffee shop order which is an iced vanilla oat latte and something was off, I didn't love it! But I came back and tried with their house made caramel and have never looked back. I'll try their speciality drinks if I'm feeling it but for the most part THIS is my order. They have a conference space you can book I think.

Worth exploring! This is a super cute coffee shop. This was my second time visiting. It's a very cute small space. There isn't much seating but there are two table outside the offers additional seating. 5/5-Avocado chili- This was delicious! There were all the most satisfying elements- Creamy, crunchy, salty and toasted sourdough. 4/5 Herby- The seasonal veggies lacked flavor. It was filled with large potatoes. So much so, that I only noticed one vegetable and that was a very small amount of zucchini. 3/5-Bubba-The salsa helped a lot. There wasn't much flavor, which was surprising because chorizo usually has lots of flavor. 2/5-Camaguey with me- The combination of guava and cold brew left much to be desired. The flavors did not combine well. The guava added a strange flavor. 4/4-Latte- Beautiful presentation. Great flavor, very satisfying. 4/5/ Ube macaroons- They were the perfect balance of sweetness, very tasty.

Allow me to be Review No. 1,100 following my visit to this wonderful culinary gem yesterday…read more By default, Spring Branch is Houston's Koreatown, but it's not unusual to find establishments with Spanish-language branding on them throughout the neighborhood. And Tacos Doña Lena, on which I'll heap tons of praise on, is among them. A group of friends and I had supper here before a live show down the street at Eighteen Ten Ojeman. Upon seeing the storefront when we pulled into the parking lot, my first thought was, "Okay, this is legit Mexican, not Tex-Mex." The interior is quite small with some tables and an ample late Saturday afternoon crowd. What caught my eye is how the environment is what you might expect to find at a family-run taqueria off the beaten path. Rock en Español blaring from the sound system. Colorful papel picado draped from the ceiling. A framed Mexican flag and several references to the central Mexican municipality of Guanajuato. The intoxicating smell of spice-laced grilled beef wafting through the air. Simply put, we're not in Kansas anymore, Toto. I glanced at the menu. There are numerous, delicious-sounding items that happen to be wallet-friendly, a bit cheaper than if you were to go to Gringos or Jimmy Changas. According to a mutual, the tacos here are the main draw, but what really caught my attention and appetite was the ramen birria. Mujeres y caballeros (ladies and gentlemen), let me proclaim that Tacos Doña Lena turns a noodle dish with origins in Japan and is a known staple in college dorm rooms into a must-try on this part of America's fourth-largest city. Two amazing food cultures unite for a fiery meeting of the minds. Anchored by a rich, tasty consomé that's spicy but not enough to where you need to drink multiple glasses of water, there's a prime mix of ramen noodle, beef birria, cheese, fried egg, rabanos, garbazo, and corn accompanied by cilantro, onions, and a pair of fried tostadas. I was so impressed with how the contents of the ramen blended together. Since it was ramen after all despite the south of the border touchup, I still ate it the traditional way: pick up the noodles and sip the soup. There was so much that I had no choice but to put it in a takeout container. Sure, Spring Branch may be home to some great traditional Korean restaurants, but don't sleep on Tacos Doña Lena.

Although I opted for enchiladas rojas. Intense garlic. Rice is too salty for my personal preference. Beans good. Enchiladas also more salty than my preference. But still enjoyable. TDL is a Houston treasure. Highly recommended. Two locations now. Festive. Great ambiance. Good food. Nice people.

Food comes out immediately but there is no seating so be ready to eat outside/in your car. Definitely recommend the plato especial for best value. This plate is definitely enough for 2-3 to share. Not overwhelmingly strong but very refreshing with the meat and by itself too. There may be a line at night but it goes by super quick. Definitely coming back after I finish my leftovers tomorrow.

Pricing is fair for the quality you get, so no complaints there. Just keep in mind it's cash only, no cards or online payments. The lines are almost always long no matter the time of day, but they move quickly, so the wait isn't bad. I usually grab a pink lemonade as well, which hits every time. Out of all the locations, El Taconazo is definitely the one to go to, hands down some of the best tacos you'll find on Fulton St.

We ordered: Horchata (small for $3.49), Quesadillas with beef, Quesadillas with chicharron, Gorditas with beef, and Gorditas with chicharron. I don't like cinnamon but the horchata was addicting and it paired so well with the food. My friend got their Melon Agua Fresca and he said it was really refreshing as well. The gorditas were stuffed and they were so delicious, the cheese was melting and the bread was warm and not dry. The Quesadillas were my favorite. You put both the red sauce and the green sauce on it, a lot of lime juice, and it's perfect. I forgot to order cilantro on mine but they do give you it at no extra cost. The prices are so cheap and you get so much food. Everything is around $3 and it will fill you up. Each of us totaled out to be about $10-15 per person and we were stuffed. I would definitely come back here over and over again! My friend said the only bad thing about this place is when you order to go, they won't give you a lot (no lime, no hot sauces, less meat, etc.) so definitely get dine-in.

There's a parking lot, but we went on the weekend, and while the interior didn't look overly full, it was somewhat difficult to find a parking spot. The restaurant itself is clean. Everything is pretty much green and white. There's covered patio seating. You order from a window and there's a large menu printed nearby The menu offers all sorts of tacos, meats, burritos, bowls, quesadillas, quesabirras, sides, and even kids meals. You can get beer, margaritas, and non-alcoholic drinks. There's also a breakfast menu The food was good, and it didn't take too long to come out. My main issue was the service. The individual taking orders seemed to have a bit of an attitude and just seemed "over it." Furthermore, we mentioned having a queso coupon and when we were given the total I placed my card on the reader and I was told that I did it too fast and the queso wasn't taken off. The odd thing was, we walked away and realized that they didn't add the queso and the coupon was for free queso so they could have just rung up an additional queso. This individual had the vibe of eye rolling everything, and it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth Some tips: You can order online to avoid any wait. Just go up to the pick-up window when it's supposed to be ready for a painless interaction There's a little bar area where you can get pre-packaged (to-go) salsas, pickled onions, limes, etc etc etc. the salsas are tomatillo, habanero, and jalapeño (I believe) You can order margaritas to go, which we did! Cheers!!
