When I got Mom, I found that she had been on tons of medications that made her dizzy, woozy, and of course masked her symptoms but did not enhance her daily life. Right away doctor Vincent took Mom off many drugs and we worked on fixing the issues instead of masking the pain or discomfort. Wow! What a difference! 5 years later, Mom is 91, she just stopped driving - but does get around fantastically and has a full daily life with many friends here. She appeared to have very poor telephone etiquette. When you work in healthcare, don't treat the needy or underinsured as third class citizen undeserving to go to your clinic. She is running her business with no compassion. Her attitude is uncalled for. Is not always about money lady. Have patience with the elderly.
