I've become absolutely addicted to this place, while it's true that they don't open exactly on time (i.e some days the shop won't actually be open until 12:30 even though the signs says their open at 12) the lady up front is always super friendly and helpful, even giving suggestions to which base (golden milk, black, green) goes best with which flavors. I've found that my favorite has been the strawberry golden milk base with black pearls. I just want to start off by saying "wow!". Customer service here is amazing. When ordering a uber eats order, I accidentally chose the wrong address for my driver to send it to. I called the store in a panic to figure out what to do. The lady who answered the phone was so very sweet. You know how sometimes, you'll be walking down the street, or an isle in the grocery store---or just some place innocent and insignificant---and out of no where, someone will "mean mug" you? (for those of you who need assistance via urban dictionary on this term: to give someone the evil eye and to stare them down.) Well---when this happens--in these random places, I typically just sigh and keep walking by---because it's a waste of my time to wonder why the hell someone is in a bad mood and is jumping to some conclusion about me without knowing anything about me. Whatever... You know where I DON'T tolerate mean mugging? When I walk into your store---and when you're closing two hours earlier than you normally do---and there's NO signage on the door that indicates that, and your Facebook doesn't have a post about you closing early, and your website doesn't have a posting about you closing early----and then you not only mean mug me----but get irritated, frustrated and pissy when I have to take my time ordering---BECAUSE IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE VISITED YOUR STORE AND I'VE NEVER SEEN YOUR MENU?!---That's when I don't tolerate mean mugging. SCREW YOU. So my friend and I walk in and there's a young girl who looks a bit stunned that we're coming in. She's nice---but she lets us know that they were closing at 7pm tonight. (it's literally 6:58pm---and they typically stay open till 9pm). So, we look at her---and say, oh...so should we leave? And she says..."no, it's ok." SO...we proceed to the counter. Now, from the point you tell someone--"No, it's totally cool for you to come on in"---that is where, you should proceed with normal customer service. Not----"come on asshole....but, hurry your ass up bc I have to get out of here." customer service. Wanna take a wild guess as to which one we got? First thing the woman behind the counter says is: "Yeah, we have places we need to go too." WONDERFUL beginning. Thanks!! That was super. So, I choose to ignore this. So, my friend and I are vegans. SO---we don't do dairy. So, the first thing we ask is--"do you have soymillk as a milk substitute/" They do! Cha-ching! Awesome! So, my friend orders a Thai Tea Bubble Tea with SoyMilk. And so, I ask for a Taro Coconut smoothie with bubbles and soy milk. She goes to make my friend's drink and when she comes back to the counter for my drink payment (BEFORE my drink has been made) I ask about the flavored bubbles. She seemed irritated that I was asking questions and just not going with my previous order. So, she says that she wouldn't recommend that in the smoothie. So, I look at the menu and I contemplate whether I want a tea instead of a smoothie. This irritates her, and I can tell she's getting irritated so I say, "You know what--it's cool, I'll just go with the smoothie I already asked for, it's totally ok." So, she realizes that she's now irritated me and so she starts insisting---"No, I want you to be satisfied and happy with your drink." And I let her, know it's totally cool, I'll stick with the smoothie. So, they put the powder in and then when she gets to the smoothie part, she turns around and says---"oh, we put icecream in the smoothies. Icecream or yogurt." So, I let her know, "well, I don't do dairy." So, then I say---so, I guess I should do a tea then? And that's when it happens. She pulls the "mean mug" out on me and gives a heavy sigh and just acts like I have asked her to rewash the blender that I want my drink made in again, to put on non latex gloves, and to individually place each tapioca pearl in my tea--one by one. This is the level of irritation she displayed towards me. NO exaggeration. At this point---my friend, who knows that I am HUGE on customer service as well as people being kind to those providing customer service---starts shifting nervously bc he knows what's about to happen. So, I look at her and say---"you know what? It's ok. I change my mind. I don't want a drink. Thank you." And I walked out. Thanks for being, rude. Thanks for being irritated, thanks for telling me to come on in and then acting as though it was a huge inconvenience the ENTIRE time. I will say this much---the sweet young girl behind the counter was SUPER pleasant. Too bad her older co-worker (possibly one of the owners?)---hasn't taken a chapter from her. Won't be back. AND FOR THE LOVE OF IT ALL: IF YOU"RE CLOSING EARLY, PUT A DAMN SIGN UP, A FACEBOOK POST, OR A MESSAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE...and I PROMISE...I won't be one of those assholes who walks in right as you're closing...EVER. read more

Hands down the absolute best bubble tea in North Texas! The drinks are delicious and the staff is amazing! I've never had anything there that I didn't love. I have to agree with the other reviewers about the business hours. Rarely do they open on time or stay open as their posted hours. The wait here is also ridiculous (when they're actually open). My daughter and I have literally been sitting out front for 20 minutes waiting for them to open and have seen 9 potential customers try the door and then leave. While this place does offer one of the best bubble teas in Dallas, they need to improve on their service. They are never open when they are supposed to be and there's usually only one person taking orders and making the drinks. What would take 5 minutes for an order usually takes 20 minutes. Had to find a new go-to boba joint when I moved up here.. and I'm glad that it's this juan right across the highway :') Their menu offers lots of flavors and bases (tea, smoothie, slush.. etc.) that you can customize to make your own drink. It sounds overwhelming, but they lay it out for you visually. I usually drop by to get the classic milk tea or green matcha milk tea! I'm not too picky with my boba tea, but when it's waaaay to sweet.. that just ruins it for me. However.. their milk teas have the right combination of milk, tea and sugar and doesn't taste like diabetes through a straw. One thing though is that their boba is very soft and mushy, like it's been soaked in the syrup for TOO long. It threw me off at first but tbh I think I've gotten used to it now LOL. They also offer baked goods like cakes and pastries.. and ice cream as well! One thing that I would complain about is their hours.. opens too late and closes too early D: sometimes I need a not-too-late boba fix but they close at 8.. The employees are very nice, and I haven't experienced a bad customer service yet! There's a minimum ($4?) for cards, but if you get a large milk tea with boba then that'll come out over $4 (there's a sign on the register that lays it out for you LOL) read more

I recently moved to Frisco from Houston and I was suddenly craving for some bubble tea so I just went to the closest one to my house via Yelp (I was feeling adventurous today) and boy was I glad I did! This place is very reminiscent of Teahouse (for those of you from Houston). The interior is spacious, clean, and had a very modern feel. There are plenty of seating for large groups and studying (free wifi!), and the music isn't too loud. They have a wide selection of milk tea, smoothies, and coffees, (although its not as many as Teahouse), and I believe they also serve ice cream and a few desserts. I ordered the Thai Tea which was really good with just the right amount of sweetness, the tapioca was exactly how I like it, and they didn't put a whole bunch of ice like a lot of other places. I was actually going to order the popping boba since I've never tried it, but the lady who was helping me said it wouldn't taste good with Thai tea and suggest I get the tapioca instead. how nice of her! Especially since the popping boba cost more than the tapioca. The only con from this first experience was they seem to be a bit understaffed. From my understanding, this is just run by the owners and the lady who was helping me seemed to be the only person working at the time, but she was still very nice and helpful nonetheless. Having the drink for 2 mins. I put the drink in car and poked a hole. When picking up my drink, the cup breaks and spills all over me. I called to let them know that their cups are weak and she said she never had a problem with it and didn't care. HORRIBLE SERVICE I ordered a large drink costing me 5.90 something and when I put the straw in the cup the coupe exploded losing half of my drink and ruining my dress. When I went to get a new one they simply transferred the drink to a new cup shorting me of half of my drink and the my blamed me for the cup malfunction. I'm not a big traditional bubble tea guy. I really love the slush bubble tea. I have a hard time finding places that actually have it and an even harder time finding a place that is actually good. I took summer classes over at the Collin College campus in McKinney, so I was here a lot! It was a little difficult to find, but once you do, it's worth the trouble! The owner was super friendly, super nice, and quick to take your order & make it. I enjoyed their milk tea! It was a little watered down, but overall still had the basic flavor and texture that milk tea should have. The boba was a little soft, but not terrible.
