She's not only accommodating and super nice, for an indecisive bride like me, her consultation really helped me tackle down what style I want to go for on my big day. I listened to Shadow's suggestion, grew out my hair (I had shorter hair when I met up with Shadow) and dyed my hair to a lighter color just before the wedding day (she said it'll make the braiding of hair much more lively and natural looking). When you're driving by the salon, it can appear to be closed, but it is open throughout the day, and they even opened up super early on a Sunday so I could get my makeup done for graduation. There is street parking along the side street and your car will be safe. When you're getting your makeup done here, you're their main priority - unlike when you go to the mall to get their makeup done and they stop a few times throughout your appointment to cater to others or push products on you that you won't even know how to apply right when you get home. The makeup they use lasts all day (I had it on from 7am-12midnight) and it still looked flawless at night even though I was out in the sun in June all day! Before booking an appointment to get my hair done, I stopped by one afternoon to show Jasmin my hair. At this consult she told me what she would have to do, how long it would take and a quote. I gave her my hectic availability and she was able to book me an appointment the following week! During my appointment, Jasmin explained each step and why she had to do something a particular way and how long each product would be in my hair. She also explained that every final result differs on the hair. I really appreciated this because never in my journey was I nervous or expecting a result that was not realistic for one session. When my hair was finished, it felt and looked so healthy! I opted to have Jasmin use the oil in my hair that she recommended to help my hair after being bleached. I have gotten my hair bleached at other salons before but was left with dry, brittle and easy to break off. Its been over a month and it still is healthy and soft feeling! She also cares about hair health because she recommended a lengthly gap (8-10 weeks) before coming in to do a lighter shade of balayage. I really appreciate this about her.
