    Glass counter with fresh ingredients

I've been meaning to try this deli since it opened and finally got a chance! The deli offers fresh- behind glass counter food and drink options. My husband got a smoothie with the fresh fruit and it was great! No sugary mix. I didn't realize but they also serve fresh juice- so I'll be back to try that. The menu is large! I saw several things I'd like to go back and try. This time, my husband ordered a quesadilla and I the monte cristo panini. Both were a bit messy to eat but oh so flavorful! We also got a side of curly fries which were good. We commented several times on how the prices seemed very reasonable. We ate inside but saw some placing or carrying out to go orders. Staff behind the counter were friendly- even offering free coffee for us.

Jimmy and Ahmed suggested this wrap and it was sooooo delicious. It was my first time and they explained the menu thoroughly and was so kind. It's 24 hours fresh & Halal I will definitely be back!

I was in the area and decided to stop here for lunch and ordered falafel over rice and a drink. The shop was clean, they have plenty of seating to dine in also. The portion size was good. They offer with white sauce and hot sauce and it tasted great. If I'm in the area again I would stop here again and try their other dishes.

Delicious Deli 24/7 - I tried this spot for the first time yesterday and guess what? I'm already back today! Seriously, it's that good. They've got beef bacon too, which is awesome for anyone looking for a pork alternative. Yesterday I had their beef and cheese patties -- think of it like a Jamaican beef patty meets a cheesy burger inside a flaky crust. So much flavor in every bite. Not as packed as a Jamaican patty but still absolutely delicious. I also went for the Philly steak sandwich and it was on point -- onions, seasoning, and a nice soft bun. They really know what they're doing. Now about the drinks -- I had a custom-ordered smoothie that I came up with myself. It was a watermelon, strawberry, lemon, and pineapple mix, and let me tell you, it turned out so good they're even thinking about putting it on the menu. Next time, I'll probably get it made with apple juice instead of coconut water for a little extra sweetness. Their menu is huge: smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, all kinds of sandwiches (cold cut, deli, hot, wraps, paninis, quesadillas), plus breakfast platters and more. They don't do pork, but they've got turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and yes, beef bacon too! It's open 24/7, which is perfect for late-night cravings. The staff might sometimes need a minute to understand your order, but they're super polite and they get it right. The place is clean, the restrooms are clean, and it's right near Poquoson, NASA, Langley, and the Yorktown area. My rating: Food: 10/10 Overall: 9/10 Definitely a must-try! This is going to be one of my new favorite spots. Delicious Deli 24/7 - 1370-A Commander Shepard Blvd Hampton, VA (757) 243-8701 They're on DoorDash & Grubhub 100% Halal (no pork here!)

When ordering online via DoorDash pickup the food and drink orders can be messed up. For instance if you ask for mozzarella you might end up with American cheese, or if you ask for a bottle of orange juice they might give you apple or another drink within the same brand. They usually keep everything well stocked but I do feel like businesses should contact customers if and when substitutions are made. I believe this case was due to not double checking tickets, so double check your orders. Other than that issue, still great breakfast sandwiches.

Celiac -Gluten-free review…read more Oooooooh I love me some Busy Nothings! Living in Suffolk, this would typically be way out of the way, but I have weekly appointments in the area that make stopping in a no-brainer. This is a Jane Austen themed coffee spot, and admittedly as voracious of a reader as I am, I haven't read any Jane Austen, but that doesn't dampen my experience. First off, the coffee is good af! They have a rotating selection of fun drinks, but my go-to is their drip with a splash of cream. My stance is if a coffee shop has good quality drip, then you can trust them to make anything else coffee-related satisfactory. Oh and the oat milk option is Oatly brand, so also Celiac safe! Second, the environment is a vibe. The inside is cozy, and I love that there always seems to be a mix of people who are there to work and also just meeting up to hang out. Also big bonus on art displayed by local artist Dathan Kane. Apparently this was inherited with the space and I love that they've chosen to keep it displayed. And the music they play is a perfect soundtrack for the atmosphere. They do serve food here that I cannot comment on bc it is not Celiac friendly, butttttt they do carry small individually-wrapped pastries from Sans Bakery, a NY-based gluten-free bakery. There are always three different options and I am completely and hopelessly hooked on the raspberry bars, though the brownies and zucchini bread are also very good. Big ups to the owner Debbie who I had the pleasure of talking to- I got the impression that all of the choices here are intentional and that she cares about all of the aspects of the experience here, and it shows. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

It can be very challenging to find street during the day like I had. I found the few blocks walk after locating park clean with no debris. I planned on only ordering a coffee, but after reviewing the menu decided on more. The staff was friendly and helpful with choices. I ordered an avocado toast and crème brûlée coffee. The dining area was roomy and bright with plenty of windows to allow sunshine to flow. Many of the table had solos on lap tops. My coffee order was called out quickly and was gorgeous! Around 10 minutes later my toast was pushed out. The coffee was as good as it looked. The toast was just ok. The avocado was spread extremely thin. I hope to return on another Newport News trip.

In addition to coffees they also offer specialty cocktails. I had a candied orange mocha latte and my husband had a red eye. His turkey fig sandwich was delicious and packed full of turkey, fig, goat cheese, avocado and arugula. I had a plain bacon egg cheese and fried egg bagel sandwich. Nothing special but it had plenty of crispy bacon. The staff is pleasant and while it was about half full there was enough room that we had empty tables between us and other dinners. Nice little coffee date spot conveniently located across the fountain so you can take a stroll.

Today was the 3rd Sunday they've tried to give excuses to not be able to make our frozen drinks. Last week it was "we are out of the cocoa powder" and the week before it was "our machine is broken, we can't make frozen drinks". Oddly enough I could see into the kitchen with a perfectly good blender. Also after they said they were out of the cocoa powder they ended up bringing out our frozen chocolate drink like two minutes later . It's usually a bunch of younger employees standing around watching their older "supervisor" or whoever lie to customers so they don't have to make frozen drinks... idk what else they need to save time for. There wasn't even anyone else in line. I'll definitely be sticking to Starbucks. They're all basically the same price now a days anyway. Also peep the hashbrowns we received. Apparently these are acceptable.
