She got back at me right away with a very kind email offering a new batch of apples and some chocolate to make up for it. She said they would be making fresh apples on friday (this was on a tuesday) ao I waited till the weekend to go. What I really wanted to ask and just can't get out of my head is, do they really only make fresh apples once a week? Kind of a turn off and dispite the fact that I still won't be back I would always have to remember to come on a weekend, when they are "fresh" The new batch was way better, I got differnet kinds this time, the cheesecake not worth it, these apples need nuts and chocolate. The dirt and worms also not my favorite, but the rest (all with different nuts, caramel and chocolate) were pretty damn good, no complaints this time! I also got some chocolate, and 5 pieces already rung up to $20 WOW!!!! I got peanut, walnut and pecan turtles, a peanut butter cup and a chocolate graham cracker, all were very old, hard an stale. What WAS great was the big brownie which at $1.95 is clearly the best deal in the store. Great owner, products are still not up to par with the prices.

( Should have been $25.99) They upcharged me to 31.99, and my final total was 28.99. The shift manager stated that the system had just been updated today. The price was still the same on the website. Feel the shop is disengenuous with coupons, especially when I order early from the website and have a receipt.

I would seriously watch out for their App taking your points away. I had 290 points removed saying…read morethey had expired. I received an email saying in 14 days I had 100 points that were expiring. I checked my points well before the 14 days and they took away 290 points. When I contacted their App helpline they said in their email there is nothing they could do. That it's just a courtesy that they send out an email 14 days in advance. I guess if their system takes away points from customers I wonder how much money their company saves, just a thought. I haven't had any problems at the Hill road store.
