Cute, casual little spot with a few tables inside, but I noticed a steady stream of people coming in for pickups, so they definitely get some foot traffic! I ordered the Sinatra on sourdough && honestly... it's MASSIVE. I ate half for lunch & saved the other half for dinner because there was no way I was finishing that bad boy in one sitting. 8/10 The Havarti was good, & apparently it's the cheese they use on all their sandwiches. As a cheese girl, I'd love to see a few more cheese options because I will literally never say no to extra cheese. Overall, I liked it! Definitely coming back to try another sandwich!!

WHEN: Sun Dec 14th @11am…read more We have just arrived to SoCal by car, and before checking into our Airbnb, we figure we swing by this spot located in a ghost kitchen to pick up some lunch. After placing an order on their website, you would park in the back lot where it's free parking, and enter a tempt room of lockers. I wish they included this in the text where you are to CALL THEM to let them know you've arrived so they can bring your order out to you. It's not like the other establishment in this shared kitchen where they just leave it in one of the order cubbies to pick up. So here I am like an idiot just standing and waiting in the empty room for my order. I didn't know until I checked my email and it said to call them in my receipt. Oh well. Anyway, here's what I ordered: BASTURMA BRISKET - $29 Hand Carved Basturma Brisket, Pickled Persian Cucumber, Chaman Spread, and Swiss Cheese. Served in freshly baked pita bread. I know, what kind of sandwich costs nearly $30!? But let me tell you, you are getting both quality and quantity in this bad boy. This reads 2 people, and those 2 will enjoy this thoroughly. Yes, it's a bit on the saltier side, but that's why you have the cucumber to balance it out a bit and the warm and soft pita bread. The brisket was tender and I loved the spread (which you can buy!). It's such a unique take on the common pastrami sandwich. So remember: 1. Order online (no phone calls) 2. Park in the back 3. CALL THEM, letting you know you have arrived. 4. Enter through the big doors (its unlocked) 5. Wait for them to come out to retrieve order. 6. Enjoy!

I ordered the Basturma Brisket Sandwich which is their most popular item. I am a big fan of both Basturma and Brisket so this sounded like a match made in heaven. And I was right!!! This sandwich was epic!! The meat was tender and smoky. The spices were perfectly balanced. It had a delicious Chaman Spread, a slice of Swiss cheese and housemade pickled Persian cucumbers. The acidity of the pickles helped to balance out the rich meat. It all came together like magic. The sandwich is quite large, which justifies the $29 price. I only ate half and saved the rest for later. It was just as good cold as it was hot. I can't wait for my friends to try it. They will love it!! Great job III Mas!

The pastrami is peppery, thinly sliced, very juicy, and then they pile on the onion, tomatoe, and pickles. It's so harmonious. Very friendly small family business with a private parking lot. They also sell 5 gallon buckets which is way nicer than throwing them away and it's a great deal for us.

In a time where just about everything has gotten so expensive, isn't it time we change our habits to support local businesses that are doing incredible work? They're sandwiches are top-notch, their meats are divine, and they use fresh and great tasting produce.
