Upon entering, I was greeted so warmly by the cashier and she patiently explained all the toppings on each potato. I finally decided on the CB Ranch Potato to go. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry.
