Made appointment as I can't be without it here around the farm. 2. They postponed me due to too much work. 3. Dropped in off as instructed on a Saturday ready to be worked on the next week. 4. Heard nothing from them for two weeks then got a call saying it was too dirty to work on...........duh, you postponed me so I used it after I'd thoroughly cleaned it for your......charged me $125.00 to wash it!!! 5. Heard nothing for another week, called them, was assured it was coming in the next week to work on and be done end of next week (already well over a month after it was originally scheduled for the work.)!!!! 6. Heard nothing, called the end of that next week was assured it would be done next week. 7. They called and said the easy work was done like tune up but the upgrades were probably not going to be done as the bolts were rusty!!! I blew up.......told them the easy work was supposed to be done after the upgrades, not before. They said they'd do the upgrades but it would double their estimate......I said "whatever, just get the the d*^m thing done. 8. Went to pick it up, one of the upgrades was a new skip plate system. They handed me a big box of parts they said didn't fit my machine and sent me off. 9. Turns out they'd only installed 2 of the 5 sections they were supposed too. I had to install the other parts!!!! Their excuse............they work on 7 different models and sometimes they don't see each model often enough to remember what they're working on!!!! SO SAD!!!!f In the end I got it back 2 months after it was originally scheduled and cost me twice as much............NEVER AGAIN.

However, service manager Jonathon was extremely helpful and was able to isolate details from the onboard computer history, and they were able to work proactively to identify and resolve the problem in a few days time. He helped me arrange alternate transportation, including a loaner vehicle when I needed one. The powertrain warranty and the service experience turned what could have been a painful, frustrating experience, into a minor nuisance, leaving me confident I was in the best hands possible. This is my second time in recent months working with Jonathon and the service team there at Price Buick GMC, and I was not disappointed. The entire service team there is geared toward customer satisfaction, and makes a compelling case for continuing to stay with the Buick brand. Well done!

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Pohanka Jeep in Salisbury, Sept 2024. The car has given me good service and I received a text from Pohanka about an interest in purchasing my Jeep. I called two times before Il could speak to a sales manager. The offer was definitely unacceptable for a pristine Jeep with under 22,000 miles. The sales manager lives close to my home and I even ask if he could stop by and take a look at my Jeep to reconsider a better offer. Its showroom ready..Never driven off road garage kept perfect condition...Couldn't accomodate me. So second question... I asked him if I could get a second key since it did not come with one and all the online platforms ask about the number of keys and the price is reduced because of only one key. The sales manager said my purchase would have reflected that. I was never told this when I purchased the Jeep. I hung up feeling very disheartened. Goodwill to a customer is what you won't receice anymore...Ive purchased from Pohanka Mercedes several times and its a totally different experience. Pohanka has lost me as a customer over a key and a text to solicit me to purchase my Jeep. An offer almost $3,000 less than Carvana. Educate yourself before you walk into this dealership. Ill never purchase another vechicle from Pohanka again.

The owner is a master mechanic and has been providing the most honest and more than fair business practices to his customers for many years. I have had my cars serviced here for years and have always been satisfied with the work provided. I know for a fact that Bobby Bayly, the owner, is about as honest as they come. For someone to stay in business in a small town like Delmar/Salisbury area for so many years really says alot. I've seen them come and go, but Baylys Garage has weathered it all. Yes, this place does have a little "attitude" at times but that's what makes it real! They have always been helpful and more than fair!! I brought this car to Salisbury transmission in the summer time of 2019 to get fixed. They originally told me I needed a new engine and the price would be around 2600 for it. I expected for them to look at the whole car and tell me what was wrong later down the line once the 2600 was paid they told me the transmission was not working and wouldn't kick into gears which we had to pay a total for the transmission of 3063. Then months after that, they tell me the transmission is out and that it would cost 3063 to get fixed. We pay that which was very troubling I asked if everything was good and even brought the car back 3 times because it was not driving right. Because I live in Fort Washington, Maryland but go to school at Salisbury university. They said it's completely fine, but I had a feeling things were still messed up. Later, I take it to the mechanic & he said they did a half ass job, they didn't put things back, had two busted axles that were leaking and greasy (that they never mentioned it and let me go home like everything was fixed properly). If it wasn't for God almighty I wouldn't have made it across the bridge safely and back home. THIS is not the place to go to find people trustworthy and worth your money because they are terrible and mechanic are not knowledgeable. I pray you guys read this review because if not you could end up just like me. They may respond and try to give an excuse or cover they tracks to pretend they are so good but they messed my car up and put my life in jeopardy going across that bridge with a car that was 100% to make it home. And that's why I'm writing this review; be AWARE who you trust. Im working with this company on handling the issues that has taken place while they are working on my vehicle. I have spent most of my professional career with Mercedes-Benz, as a Sales Person, a GM, a Manager, and working in my own dealership with MBFS in Fort Worth selling repossessed Sprinters. I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER felt more attended to in a dealership than I did yesterday while getting one of my Mercedes serviced, (the CLK450).  When it comes time for me to bring my E350 Wagon in, I know where I will bring it. Amanda, the Service Advisor, made sure that I was informed and gave me excellent reasons to "Go ahead and get the work done now, rather than let it become a problem".  I came in for an inspection, and wound up spending $1500, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. Ashley, the Service Manager, was very busy yesterday, but still got involved just enough to make me feel like a VIP. The topping on it all was when Van Corbin, Sales Manager, who was slammed yesterday, came out at the end of the day and thanked me for bringing my car there for service...  Who gets that kind of treatment?? With AutoAlert, I have been in over 200 of the 350 Mercedes dealerships around the country, and ALL of them would wish that they had a committed team like you have at Pohanka Mercedes-Benz. Then I ask him how long it would take for the 2 open recalls on my car and for them to check my cabin filters and he said 3 hours. I am not sitting in a lobby for 3 hours and I ask him if he had a loaner and he was very rude in telling me loaners were first come first service and that he had a list of people waiting for a loaner and that he could not bump anyone, and I said I didn't ask you to bump anyone I was just inquiring about one.
