Yesterday I brought my car in because the brakes were making a grinding noise. I was told by the associate with the "man bun" that I needed new brakes all around for $670! I was appalled and stated I was losing trust in there service lately. When I said that he starting yelling that he would not be yelled at by anyone. I turned to the other customers to ask if they heard me yell at him and they were shocked at his response as I hadn't yelled. He slammed the papers down and walked away! Long story short, the manager got involved, checked my car himself and told me I only needed new brake pads in the front and only charged me $158. Be careful ladies if you go there by yourself. It seems as if since the older black gentleman John retired, we are all now fair game. Needless to say they have just lost a faithful customer.

This is ridiculous because I use my dad's membership to get in there. What's next? Have me pay in crypto? They won't take CASH or card at the deli anymore. Walmart Pay won't work at their registers either nor will a discount card for Walmart employees, which is ridiculous considering Walmart owns Sam's Club. Someone there said "we can sometimes price match", which makes me ask "well if you can do it for less why are you charging so much until someone complains"? Here are a couple examples: Got a quote on recharging the A/C in a Nissan Sentra $286 Meineke did it for $177 and another shop (later) quoted $122 They charge me around $100 for synthetic oil change on a Sentra, another local shop charges about $70. I also had a brake job done there and the price seemed high at the time but I trusted them after dealing with them for maybe 15 years. I'm sure I could have saved a couple hundred on that. We were told on the phone that it would be a couple hours before they could get to us, but we really had no choice. When we got there, we went into their waiting lounge and they were able to take the vehicle sooner than promised. They did but the leak was the priority. I let them fix the brakes which cost two grand. The following week my car was leaking again (after I filled the tank). I had it towed again. They told me they couldn't find anything....okay. I went to drive it and the check engine light came back on. I took it back and stayed. They tried to show me some line that went to the gas tank from the evo sensor that looked worn but not damaged. Gave me some BS that they would have to replace the tank. They told me their smoke sensor had been stolen and they needed to buy one. I said "wait you've never done a smoke test to make sure there wasn't any other leaks!" The red-headed girl tried gaslighting me....well ma'am. So I gave them the opportunity to do what they said they were going to do. The next morning I called and called...they wouldn't answer. Even the answering service couldn't get an answer. I went there and as soon as I walked in the red-haired girl started to open her mouth. I just said I want my car. I took it to toyota and they found the issue within a couple of hours. A hole in the hose that comes from where I pump the gas. How did they find that.... they did the damn smoke test. They MIGHT be good at tired but that's it...stay away!
