Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

When my truck was done, I was sent a text that my bill was $6803.07 which is a $1207.82 difference. I was never called/informed or asked if I approve additional work to be done. Which I told multiple employees that I probably would of have approved if I was explained and was given that opportunity. Not to get an invoice with the increase before I was even told the truck was done and for someone to explain this increase. I had contacted the shop 3 days in a row to see the status of the truck because it was passed the time it was supposed to be done and no one said an issued had come up and something else needed replaced. Things happen but lack of communication is what I personally have a problem with this shop. Which became a disagreement with the part they said they had replaced. I have 4 now 5 mechanics that I know that has stated it should not have been needed to be replaced. I know they were not there for the replacement so who knows, it may have. As I said if I, the owner of the vehicle was called and explained I would have not questioned it. I have spoked before repair and after repair to the owner Bo Andrews about his complete lack of communication and for sure he is never wrong. I had a discussion with him and his employee Danny last Wednesday night which did not go well at all. From previous conversations with him I could tell he was going to be a smart a__ so I told him I did not want to get into a pissing match. I had him on speaker so my family could hear him. He wanted to know if my husband was there. I told him no that he had to leave. He wanted to let me know what my $1207.82 was not true because my first estimate was higher than what I said. I told him he was incorrect because I had a copy of the first estimate. He didn't see that amount but I have a copy of it. He then wanted the names of the mechanics I talked to. I told him I wasn't given anyone's names out. They were people I knew. He said I guess you are calling people bad mouthing me. Which was not true. He then wanted to defend his reason for changing the AC condenser and said he knew I would want it changed being it would void my new transmission warranty. That may be true but that is not his call to make. Make that call to me first and let me know that. Then he stated that this part is usually changed when a transmission is replaced. So, I then asked why wasn't that explained to me as a possibility. He didn't like that. Then I had to hear he was on vacation more than 6 times and he worked on my truck with the techs over the phone for hours and he didn't charge me to get the programming and to discuss the AC condenser on his vacation. It isn't my fault that he started a job that he needed to be apart of. He should have of told me he was going on vacation and he needed to be there so he will need to do my truck when he returned. Programming is part of the new transmission so I don't know what he wants, it was his job. Rather the extra part needed to be replaced or damaged, it is an owner's right that they need to be informed FIRST. He stated that he was sent a video of the damage to the AC condenser and I told him he should have taken that time to send it to me and we would not be here today. He didn't like that either. I want to make clear that Danny was very respectful and was helping to explain. Then I was told by Bo Andrews that I was "one of those people" that gets her way and not use to not getting it and kept belittling me with other comments. I told him he had belittled me for the last time. He did not like that he was not intimidating me like he was trying to do. I was not allowing him to attack me personally with his comments. I told him I could have just done a review like people have told me but instead of trying to get him to explain to me the difference. Then he said "you are that type of person" that will bad mouth him and then I was threatened that if I made a bad review or bad mouth him that he would have his lawyer contact me. I told him to have his lawyer to contact me. FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I told him I wasn't going to do a review but I was now after him trying to intimidate me from doing so. He belittled me for the last time and I told him some choice words and hung up on him. He may treat other people like this when he is questioned but he will not me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone because of the owner. Let's make this clear this is my experience to share. You may have had a great one and I am glad for you. That is how it is supposed to be. I will admit my first visit with a different vehicle over a year ago was good but this visit, I did not and it is my last. I will not support an owner that attacks someone personally when they want explanation of a $1207.82 increase in a bill with no notice. Nobody would.
