Had my college kid take her car in to have it repaired and she asked the service team to call me…read morethree times. She explained / asked that a phone call would be helpful as there were multiple items on the vehicle to address including tires. No tire quote I don't even know if they checked the air in the tires? No one called charged her a minimal labor fee, plus she waited two weeks to get the appointment. I know you guys are busy but really just a simple phone call? Maybe there's another auto repair business in town that wants $1000? Uggh.

What a disappointment! I have been a customer of the Salisbury Tire center for over 20 years since…read moreI live just down the street. 28000 miles and less than a year ago I got new rotors and brakes on my 2018 Honda Accord for $900 dollars. Yesterday I brought my car in because the brakes were making a grinding noise. I was told by the associate with the "man bun" that I needed new brakes all around for $670! I was appalled and stated I was losing trust in there service lately. When I said that he starting yelling that he would not be yelled at by anyone. I turned to the other customers to ask if they heard me yell at him and they were shocked at his response as I hadn't yelled. He slammed the papers down and walked away! Long story short, the manager got involved, checked my car himself and told me I only needed new brake pads in the front and only charged me $158. Be careful ladies if you go there by yourself. It seems as if since the older black gentleman John retired, we are all now fair game. Needless to say they have just lost a faithful customer.

Well, they continue to go downhill with ridiculous prices going uphill. I won't be having any…read morerepairs done there any more. At first I didn't question the high prices much but that's cause everything is going up, but now I wish I had, it seems they are taking advantage of people and overpricing whatever they can. Someone there said "we can sometimes price match", which makes me ask "well if you can do it for less why are you charging so much until someone complains"? I noticed they haven't been very busy the last few times I went there and suspect if they continue these prices people will eventually go somewhere else. Here are a couple examples: Got a quote on recharging the A/C in a Nissan Sentra $286 Meineke did it for $177 and another shop (later) quoted $122 They charge me around $100 for synthetic oil change on a Sentra, another local shop charges about $70. I also had a brake job done there and the price seemed high at the time but I trusted them after dealing with them for maybe 15 years. I'm sure I could have saved a couple hundred on that. No longer recommended.

My wife works at home and rarely drives. A few months later she got another flat and Mr Tire said they all needed to be replaced for balance so she bought 4 new tires. A few months later she drove to Florida and got another flat while there. She went to Costco to get a new tire and Costco told her the tires Mr Tire sold her were all the wrong size.

We were told on the phone that it would be a couple hours before they could get to us, but we really had no choice. When we got there, we went into their waiting lounge and they were able to take the vehicle sooner than promised. Unfortunately, they were unable to salvage the tire, but they put my spare tire on without charge. I feel that they went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this business.

Had a 9:00 appointment for tire installation, balance, alignment, brake check and battery test…read more Brought it in at 9:00. First the guy asked me for my wheel size I told him, he said they didn't have any in stock I told him I have my own tires they're just installing them. Then he tried to tell me he couldn't install my tires because they weren't factory size and the system was so automated it wouldn't let him put the tire size in. Some lady showed him how to enter it. Then he ask if im waiting or dropping it off. I don't see any revalance unless that dictates some type of priority. About 11:50 I rode past the pep boys and my truck was where I parked it still. So I went inside to see what was going on and they tried to tell me that my rims (20x9) wouldn't fit my tires 285x55xR20. And that they meant to call me and let me know about the issue but they've been to busy. Too busy to update me on my truck? 1. unprofessional 2. I don't think anyone even looked at my truck because it was still parked the way I parked it. And 20x9 rims fit perfectly on 28555R20
