My driver needed a tired replace on his trailer due to steel puncturing his tire. They were in constant communication with us the entire time. They took less than 15 minutes to change his tire and he was back on the road. It was worth the money for the efficiency to get us back rolling again. Bought two tires from him and he determined the correct size. He knew it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle and that I was going to return for two more matching tires for the front within the coming months. When I returned just about 6 weeks later to buy the matching two tires (note that all 4 tires must be of identical size in order to use the vehicle in 4 wheel drive), when he put the matching 2 on the front, the tires could not turn without seriously hitting the wheel opening on the vehicle. It turned out that what he had sold me originally was way oversized for my Chevy Silverado. When I complained to the manager that what he sold me before was obviously the wrong size and showed him my receipt, he still claimed ridiculously that the tires were the right size. His own employees had said to me just a few minutes before that I had obviously been sold the wrong size tires. He (Bill the manager) then ordered me off this property and said I was then trespassing. Can you even imagine?!? I intend to file a lawsuit against this outfit.
