She asked me all sorts of qualifying questions. We spoke about how I had just filled up with gas during a huge rain storm. She thought I might have gotten either some bad gas or gas mixed with rain water. She showed me a couple of products, explained the benefits of each, and, once I picked one she recommended, she took the time to carefully explain to my goldfish brain how to use it. She also taught me how to avoid ever being in that situation again. It was like having a mom talk me through it. She was so knowledgeable. Just fantastic customer service.

I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC…read moreimports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

Mike's place is the best Ive anywhere in the last 10 years…read more We spent some time in OCMD but I live elsewhere 7 months of the year and we always wait to get our services done until we are down in Ocean City. WHY? BeCause he always gives us optimum service from start to finish. His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. I wish Mike's was in Philadelphia where I spend most of my time, but that's a dream that will never come true because he is part of the fabric and the pride of doing a job well done in West Ocean City. We have Recommended his place to several year-round residence in Ocean City and will continue to do so My partner Mike and I will continue bringing all of our business to MIKE DENT'S
