He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

A nice gentleman from Rommel Harley Davidson recommended Fleet Maintenance in Berlin. Greg helped us out and he was nothing but professional and courteous. WHY? BeCause he always gives us optimum service from start to finish. His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. Not covered $1100 later I pick it up, It was a cool evening but I try the A/C, Same shit. So I take it back blowing 70* air on a 60* morning. Oh your blend door is broken, typical on 2010 - 2015 Camaro's now I get a $2000 estimate. Wouldn't you think to check that in the first place, Because it was blowing cold intermittently, there was a charge in the system. Tech never test drove it or he would have noticed, BTW. I FIXED IT WITH A $14.00 part, What's wrong with these repair shops.
