Oh my God Preston runs the worst dealerships, went to the new dealership in December and January and ordered parts. There is absolutely no signage inside the building. I had to be directed to where to go. I thought because it was new. I went today through the service drop off location And it look like four service writers were just sitting there. There's no signage that said this is service. Writers are service at all. I go to the parts department. There's still no signage. There doesn't tell a parts department. It's just a desk and since the last time I was there, they got rid of two computers. Nobody mans the parts department any longer. You have to ring a bell. The girl comes out. I tell her I'm here to order the same parts that I ordered about a month ago for a Ford Mustang. Can you look up my name and phone number and she says she has no access to the computer. I said well does somebody there And the other parts person had also no access to look up parts that were previously ordered so I said this is ridiculous. I left the dealership and on the way home. I called the dealership left a message. I got a call back. I guess from the parts manager and she says oh yeah I have a note here to call You And she transfer me to an AI agent. That was absolutely no help. There is no customer service at this place and they don't care. The dealership looks like a spa not a dealership. I don't get why there's no signs to tell you where to go and when you're there What department you're standing in I don't get this and customer service is a joke so I called the 800 number for Ford and I reported it. I'll never go back to any of the Preston dealerships again. read more

My experience was so Awesome before I got into the finance part of it . First of all this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from out of state, and I was really nervous with little in- patience, but my Sales Person Mr. Scott Boylon @ Preston Motors Boulevard Ford in Delaware Md. He was so good , informative, honest, and caring so that special consideration he offered really helped me destress, so that I could focus on the questions that I had on my concern list, instead of getting stuck on asking questions that weren't really that important. On a scale of 1-5 I rate him a 5, so keep up the good work Scott you are truly appreciated. Now for the Management Department they were very attentive and concerned about how I was feeling and being treated they offered extended information about the vehicle buying process, and if I was being treated accordingly, also they made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns, and if it was anything they could do to help me with my buying process. They made me aware that if I had any concerns, problems, or issues that I needed to discuss anything about the vehicle, dealership policies, and what ever else they could do for me to make my buying process go smooth and easy. I was assigned to a special contact person on the management team that I could call and reach to. The Managers on the team were above and beyond the scope of practice in customer service. On a scale of 1-5 the Management Team gets a 5. *Now lastly I need to say a little something about the Finance Person who handled my purchase contract that included the information about the Make, Model, details of the vehicle description, and with such things as the warranty, gap insurance, Finance process, and the actual automobile, contract that I needed to sign before I could purchase the vehicle and to have my vehicle delivered to me in Upper Marlboro Md. Oh I almost forgot to mention her poor customer service skills and how she rudely performed on me because she had the vehicle delivered to me and the purchase contract had all the wrong details in like what type, name, and description of the vehicle I was to buy was a SUV, but she had details in the contract saying that I was buying something totally different had wrong make & model number listed , and because I refused to cross out and draw lines thru all the wrong information she recorded in the contract and write over that with an ink pen adding the correct information by hand, but I refused to do that because this was a legal purchase contract in which we all know you can't make scratch thru correction by hand on a typed legal contract. She kept pressing me to sign it anyway, so I did raised my voice a little and I told no, so take the Vehicle and this wrong contract back and have it corrected and then deliver it all back to me then I will sign it, and her response to me was " look don't you raise your voice at me and do you think I have time to send drivers on a 4 hr drive back and forth to you " and I said yep if you want me to purchase this vehicle. She ..oh her name was Rose told me the big auto insurance company didn't offer gap insurance for used vehicles purchases, so I called my insurance company and they said that was entirely not true they can offer whatever the customer asked for. Lastly I had ask her to send me the paper copies of the finance contract I had signed online, and that was 3 months ago and I still have not received it as of yet..anyway stay clear of that one. However my sales person Mr Scott smooth thing over because after my experience with that one I was about to walk away, so stay clear of that one need more improvement with classes on customers service and appreciation skills, esp with someone who is contributing to paying your salary for that day. On a scale of 1-5 I rate her with a ONE there you go and so be it !! read more

My Ford hybrid developed a rumble in its front transaxle. I went on line and found a Ford Technical Service Bulletin that described my problem exactly. I printed it out and made a service appointment with Boulevard Ford of Georgetown. The service writer was pleasant and courteous and said they would check it out as well as doing a recall that was pending. She called the next day to tell me they confirmed the problem, were ordering the extensive list of repair parts in the TSB, and that Ford's excellent hybrid drivetrain warranty would cover all the repairs. Great news! I picked up the car today and it runs and drives like new. All the repair work was done to a very high standard and I was treated respectfully and courteously throughout the entire process. One of my back windows was stuck in a lowered position, so I called the dealership to have it fixed. They weren't sure if they'd be able to fix the problem the same day, but they allowed me to drop my car off. They ended up calling me later to tell me they'd squeezed me in as they had the necessary part and the time, so I was able to come get my car by end of day. I can't emphasize enough how easy and convenient the whole process was - it was such a relief! Everyone I dealt with was so kind and helpful, especially Dale in the service department. read more

usually, by 9 am , preston is very busy and even my normal service of oil change, rotate tires ,etc takes approx 2 hours . however, this time on oct 29. I was done in 1 1/2 hours . I had my Ford F250 Super Duty diesel serviced recently at this dealership. One of the services was to replace my air filter. After about 3 weeks I was investigating a noise in the engine compartment and I happened to notice the air filter was not installed properly. One of the clips on the front of the air filter that flows into the turbo air intake was missing, and the gasket that seals air from being drawn in with potential contaminants that could damage the turbo was not properly sealed. I brought the truck back to Boulevard Ford to get the clip replaced and to have the front of the filter seated properly. They had my truck for an entire day, but did not fix the issue. I showed them a picture of the problem. Rather than replace the clip and adjust the filter to insure the proper seal they stated that filter was correctly installed. Even after I showed them how it wasn't (I even had a you tube discussing the importance of sealing the air filter to avoid damaging the turbo, and I used the picture of the job they did to my air filter they handed me a written statement indicating that the filter can not be installed incorrectly. There were other issues as well, but it was this one that went way over the bad customer service line. The Service manager (Brian Smith) never even engaged me in understanding the problem. I'll never use this dealership again. read more

I searched through autotrader and found a very good condition and low miles Mini Cooper S for sale at this dealership. Since I live in Los Angeles area and the dealership is in Delaware, I requested more information regarding to the cooper as well as the possibility of shipping it out to where I live and finally had an agreement on the sale price. Due to the car is over 10 model years old, my pre-approval from my bank wouldn't work. I immediately let them know and they offered to try to get the financing through them. I gave them the necessary information and documents the dealership requested and they ran my credit for their lenders. I didn't hear back from them for a day and then I found out they sold the car to another buyer. This was such a bad experience working with this dealership, a dealership without business ethics, integrity and so unprofessional that this will be reported to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of Delaware. read more

Terrible customer service. Very disappointed in this dealership and my interaction with the manager. I found aa used Lincoln for sale online. I was very interested in this particular vehicle, as it had all of the features I was seeking, and I spoke extensively with a sales rep while I was out of town. I was interested enough to offer a significant deposit to hold the car since I was away and would be back in a week. I was told the car had been there for 60 days and they did not want to hold it. I tried calling the manager several times. I left messages and never connected with him. The car was sold over the holiday weekend, probably sold for less than I would have paid. Take your business elsewhere...you will be more fairly treated. read more

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and I was pleased with my purchase. It was a little frustrating at first finding the place because I drove from the Washington, DC area & I wasn't given the correct location where to pick up my jeep. After I left the dealership and was not happy with items in my vehicle, I called Tom the sales manager who offered to pay for the missing carpet, purchase my weather mats, and even get my Maryland state inspection taken care of for me. The best part about it was he sent someone to pick up my vehicle so i didn't even have to make the trip back to DE beach. We stopped by Boulevard with no appointment a few minutes before opening. They saw us and took us in; checked the tire pressure and filled the ones that needed the air. No charge.
