His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

As an added perk, they have a REALLY nice waiting area. Very clean counters and tables (the bathroom virtually sparkled). Most impressive, there are loads of toys and books for children, which was important for me, given that my two kiddos had put up with enough delay to their vacation and were getting antsy. We have been going to racetrack auto since 2009 and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I brought my ford expedition (2003) in on 3-10-15, and as always their work was top notch. This past visit I needed an oil change, my back window was rattling, and my rear passenger tire was losing air. They fixed the tire and window, and completed the oil change perfectly. All repairs were done within the timeframe they told me it would take to complete them. In the past we have brought our vehicles to them for new tires, new brakes, ac repair, and general maintenance-to name a few. They have always taken the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain to me the options for the repair, and complete the work on time and at the quoted price. I have never left racetrack auto feeling unhappy. read more
