His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. The next day was called that oil change was done and suggested that we may want the brakes done as they were at 20%. The noise was a wheel bearing and that was going. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

Glenn tells you that they have too many appointments to put on a new tire with all the bells and whistles, BUT they will sell you a tire and put it on the wheel; you just need to put the wheel back on yourself. *** So, considering they were able to accommodate us, and did the work for basically the cost of the tire, and did the whole thing in under half an hour, I would definitely recommend this place at least for tire work. As an added perk, they have a REALLY nice waiting area. Very clean counters and tables (the bathroom virtually sparkled). Most impressive, there are loads of toys and books for children, which was important for me, given that my two kiddos had put up with enough delay to their vacation and were getting antsy. The owner ordered the alternator for us and came in on a Saturday, when he is usually closed, to install it. His wife was wonderful too. She drove me to a local hotel which she recommended.
