I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world. read more

It was around 8:30pm last night and my son and I were returning to our hotel for the evening when we had a tire blow out. Frantically trying to exit off the road, fate actually had us unknowingly pulling into the parking lot of OC Import Service. Sitting there upset and comtemplating what in the world to do in drives the manager of this Auto Service Center and a 2nd wonderful employee (wish we had gotten his name). I saw them unlocking the business and ran over to see if they would be able to fix my tire in the morning and I'd try to get an Uber to our hotel. This is the best repair shop i have been to ANYWHERE. The are very fair, super knowledgable, they don't try to screw you over. The are very quick Been there for a long time and have many repeat customers. Plus, the cars they have for sale are all tip top, clean, really great prices. Worst service, unethical and unprofessional! I was out of town when my 2018 Q5 engine light stayed on and heat stopped working. Was told not to dive the suv. Was recommended to Josh and OC Imports. Was told service would take 48-72 hours took 152 hours. Found on the 3rd day they ordered the wrong part and refused to work on Saturday to get vehicle finished. Asked then for suv back which they stated they could not engine was out. Asked them to pay for rental & discount due to traveling back & forth from DC and also loss of income, which they agreed to. When I picked my suv up found out that there was no discount, partial rental and they had broken another part that I had to pay for if I wanted my vehicle back. Ending up paying $966.54 water pump replacement for what could have been a $38.00 hose connector replacement. read more

Thought I had a slow leak in a tire when I was leaving Ocean City. These guys immediately took my car in and checked all the tires and filled them to the proper psi. O.c imports is the best repair car repair shop ever.. The customer service it is excellent. My car broke down on 4th of July weekend 2014.. I took it to o.c imports and they fix it in no time and got me back on the road. The prices are fare prices, The owners are honest, and would tell you what is really wrong with your car this company have an great integrity and honesty .. This place cheated me for real. I am suffering it right now. They charge me $450 to change the starter in my Mazda protege. They told me they do not have the part in their shop and they were ordering parts from NAPA and make me wait for the whole day. I did not see any NAPA vehicle or person delivering any goods to them that day but after 5-6 hrs they told me your car is fixed and we have installed new starter. I was shocked since i did not see NAPA delivering my starter to them but i trusted them and thought ok i might have missed the vehicle but after 8-9 months the starter started problem again and when i took it to the workshop i realized they have just cleaned my old starter or did some trick and installed it back saying they installed new starter. They are cheaters. This is so fucked up. I am planning to go back to them and fucking throw that starter in the owners head. read more

Darrel (owner I believe) was very busy and saw her immediately knowing she was from out of town and needed to get back. Took care of the car and extremely reasonably priced same day.
