I have to say that I am always skeptical about auto repair places. But this place has renewed my…read morefaith. I was on a camping trip and my car simply wouldn't start despite hooking it up to another car to jump it. And, this was on the morning we were going to leave. I struggled to find a place open on Sundays and decided to go with Goodyear because of its reputation (as opposed to a no name auto shop). They took me immediately knowing that I was in a bind. As it turns out, they just needed to jump my car (albeit with an industrial jumper - there was apparently a lot of computer systems running on a big battery). Sitting in the waiting room, I read a sign that says "We only do necessary work. That's our guarantee." I rolled my eyes at the quote knowing that most places try to find something to replace and thus charge you for it. The technician returned and said there was no charge. It was just the battery and they even ran test to confirm it. I was amazed! Truly, they only do what is necessary and have the courtesy to help a guy out on top of it. I would highly recommend this place knowing that, based on this experience, this shop is honest and trustworthy. Thanks again for all of your help

The part they installed was 'bad' and caused a stall out every time I put it in reverse. It took them an additional 4 days to get the part and install it. I called this shop on Tuesday, and despite being busy, they squeezed me in on Thursday and had it completely fixed before our checkout on Saturday. The entire team--from the front desk to the service technicians--was outstanding. Honest, efficient, and compassionate mechanics are hard to find. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you for getting us home safe and sound.

I dropped off the car at 8 o'clock in the morning and went to pick it up at around 430. It wasn't quite ready so I had to sit for about 25 minutes. I was a little miffed because it did take longer than they had initially mentioned. The staff was nice and there was decent seating there for me. When I got my car back it drove like new! I have to admit they did a very good job. Being 25 minutes late, I want it to be mad at them but the results were definitely worth it. These guys really did work hard and did a quality job. I would highly recommend them!
