Very nice but I was quoted one price $150 and was charged $415 without any explanation. 15 minutes

They were all so very kind. I had to come back the next day for a part. The guy personally went to pick it up on his way home. They were very professional and did not try to nickel and dime me like so many places do. I was in and out so quickly I didn't even have time to finish my game on my phone. read more

Wouldn't change my oil at 4:15 even though they closed at 5. I even called ahead and they said just make sure you're here by 4:45.

Terrible Service. Took one car here and they stripped the drain plug. Took another vehicle here and it blew up shortly afterwards. Stay away from this place. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I've stopped by here a couple times before seeking service and had always found the interaction with the employees lacking basic professionalism. However, today just took the cake. I called a day prior to showing up to make an appointment, but was told no appointment was needed "first-come first-served." I was okay with that, so I asked just to make sure that they had the filter for my car. After some time the technician said yes. So the next morning I show up, the person says, they don't have the oil for my car. I'm droving a VW. How can you not have oil, when your business model is based on doing oil changes? I'm not driving an exotic car. What a wasted morning. I guess you need to check that they carry oil & filters for your car before you bother driving to this location. I'm surprised this place is still open. What a disappointment. read more

I arrive and told it be 40 mins to 1 hour it took actually 50 minutes for two cars in front of me. I was treated quite well and the timing was accurate, I talked to Mr. JR Kellam the manager and he was very nice and make sure that everything was all right with my oil change I paid $77 for the top line oil with a seven dollar coupon I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube if you're looking for something that's quick. read more

We got in our car this morning and had a "0% oil" warning. Being three hours away from home we weren't quite sure where to get oil for our car. We looked up the nearest Jiffy Lube which is in West Ocean City and they were so kind. The guy told us it would take about 30 minutes to get our oil change, which was completely accurate and done in a timely manner. The people on the inside, that took our payment, were also welcoming and very professional. Thank you so much to just believe in West Ocean City! read more

The mechanics were friendly and the work was performed fast. Remember to use the discounts online when you go for additional savings.

The this is my second time here and plan to make it my place to go. It's about $80 for full synthetic oil which is fine to me. The elder man working out their is so friendly and cute haha, he told me the oil change should be done in 30 mins and offered me to just walk around the plaza and what not. Came back wasn't done in 30 mins more like 45-50 mins but still fast service compared to others I've been at. I am a little late to work but it's fine haha thank you Jiffy Lube read more

Calling all Locals and visitors If your looking for a very friendly, quick oil change, look no further. This place will not only do the service, but they go above and beyond. I want to take this time to thank MIKE for going above and beyond to help me today!!! You are the best Keep that big smile I always see when I see you! I live in north OC all year long and have visited this JL for years. They have always been professional. My only reason for not visiting more is I refuse to battle the crazy traffic in the summer. In fact, my immediate plan is to move out of town before the next tourist season. Anyway - fear not. These folks care about doing a good job and they are professional in the way they treat you. read more

I've lived in OC for a few years now and go here every time I need an oil change. They have always been nothing but nice and professional and I never had a problem. They never try to talk to me into buying a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Weekends can get crazy so make sure you're there early esp during tourist season. read more

I would caution you seriously against using this facility. I went for a synthetic oil change. I was having zero problems with car prior to change. The day after, my engine is misfiring. They are insisting the oil change had nothing to do with this problem. The mechanic indicated that it definitely could be related. I'm waiting to see how much the repair costs, and the final verdict on Jiffy Lube's culpability. read more

I didn't know places like these existed!! The night before I went to Jiffy Lube, my car was making a rattling sound and smelled like gas after I drove for three hours with my entire family in the car. I opened the hood and there was SMOKE. I drove it in the next morning to Jiffy Lube where I was warmly greeted by the staff and was told to wait for my car for about 45 mins. When they opened my hood, they realized that my OIL CAP was missing! The oil had spilled out all over my engine. Luckily, they found it and took care of my oil change. I took my car to the car wash next door to clean the oil off my car when I see the owner of Jiffy Lube running over to help me clean my engine! He did the entire cleaning for me. None of this was his fault which is why this is so awesome of him. My car has no issues and I am beyond impressed with their service! I recommend them to anyone. read more

I've used this Jiffy Lube for my vehicles for several years. Initially I was greated very professionally and waited about 30 to 40 minutes for my vehicle. It was at check out that customer service was very lacking. No check out (had to ask what you did to my car) just the amount you owe is 59 dollars. read more

I called before going to see if they had the oil and ability to change the oil on my Audi....answer, yes. The man that signed me in was a delight. The fellow behind the counter, not so much... After a half hour, I was told there would be an additional charge fo an additional quart of oil... After another 45 minutes, the fellow behind the counter (whose personality seemed softened) told me they would be unable to service my car as they had the wrong tool, but they did top off the fluids. I then went to European Coach Werkes, fabulous, who showed me the stripped lower bolts. I'm just saying read more

I've never been a fan of Jeffy Lube, as I have always changed my own oil. Of course I usually do this at my brother's place in Montgomery County where he has a spot to accomplish this, unlike my condo garage. So, since my oil change was overdue and I hadn't been to my brother's in awhile, I ended up facing my worse fear... having my oil changed at Jiffy Lube over a weekend trip to the beach. They were polite and competent. Oil was changed quickly and other fluids checked and added to if necessary. They tell you exactly what they did or didn't do when you pick up your car. Jiffy Lube was good, but I do plan to change my own next time. But in a pinch, I'd take it back to the Jiffy Lube in OC. read more

I've heard horror stories about Jiffy Lube, but never had a bad experience with them myself until today. I think (really hope) the oil change was OK, but the usual "jiffy" customer service just wasn't happening at this location (Ocean City, MD). I've been to this one and others on Maryland's Eastern Shore in the past and always been very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the folks working inside. This one was out of my oil weight and tried (successfully) to sell me on using a different weight and, as you can see in the picture, this all happened after considerable wait time. The convenience factor of Jiffy Lube is the only thing that makes me risk going there. One friend of mine had to get a new engine thanks to a Jiffy Lube mistake! There's another place I prefer near home that is: 1. Faster 2. Less Expensive 3. Extremely Service Oriented Jiffy Lube in Ocean City, MD won't see me again! read more

Would give 0 stars. Was not busy, employees were obv smoking pot in garage when I arrived, smelled awful, like a Cheech n Chong set.. could tell I interrupted, were very rude and condescending. I wanted radiator flush w oilchange and was told no time (was still open another hour and half) I said forget it and left. I'm sure I saved my engine from a blow up from stoned hands. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

My horrific Jiffy Lube West OC experience today Request oil change. Arrive home and needed to check something under hood. No fluids topped off and In fact other than the oil change nothing was done. I promptly returned and requested problem be rectified. The owner/VP stated he did not have time for this today "I'm very busy let me get your number and I'll call you back about this" There was 1 car ahead of me. I requested he look under my hood and he then filled the windshield washer fluid stating "when we put it in it bubbles and we don't have time to wait for it to go down so it won't be completely filled ever" ?,,, After discussion he walked away stating again he would call me. I was not pleased. I went in the store and asked to speak with him again. There were customers in there and I told them to check their service as the same could happen to them that's when the owner came in.... at the end of me telling the other customers this. He proceeded to state the following things not in any particular order and agreed to give me a refund all the while slandering me and women in general. At this point I had to defend myself and again stated that I just wanted what I paid for to be done and since he wasn't going to do it today I wanted a refund. That's when he told me to get out of his store and threw my receipt at me. In the midst of this fiasco he stated.... He was the manager and was so busy he himself was working and he didn't have time for complaints You're really going to complain about not vacuuming? Your brake fluid is at the minimum which is a Safe level it so we don't have to top it I've never seen a woman be so rude Women aren't supposed to act like this get the hell out of my store What do you expect from a 5 Minute service? You flap your lips just Like a woman I was going to give you a refund until you kept flapping your lips complaining about what wasn't done You're so rude I told you I would call you and You could come back. I have paying customers in line. I don't care if you never come back I have your address. (That's scary) I doubt you could check your own tire pressure That bitch is still taking pictures ( which I never did. I was on the phone calling the sheriffs department) Women are Supposed to be calm. What is wrong with you? I never have anyone complain. You're the only one. (I'm fact this happened 2 yrs ago and the only reason I returned was because he rectified it and even has notes in his computer and asked at my last oil change If service has been ok since) I saw your car and know everything was done as he next asks who worked on my car and had Already visually seen nothing was done He threw out so more flapping your lips comments and women insults all the while two more minorities were sitting in the waiting room. One covering all but his eyes with his sweatshirt in shock at what the manager was saying as he continued to holler at me for alerting his customers about my car blunder. I stated that he is now the one driving away customers. He then refused to give me a refund and threw my receipt at me and went to the car bay and verbally bashed and made fun of me until the police arrived. I just wanted what I paid for. If he was insulting me like this as a woman I surmised that he also holds low opinions of other people different than himself and if he can treat me like this he can treat you like this as well. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube in Ocean City,MD today for basic oil change. Work was done in time they quoted (20 mins). The employee (Devon) that spoke with me about what type of oil to use did not pressure me to use a higher priced oil. Explained what was done, entered my coupon and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. read more

Over an half to change one tire... wait room is unbearable as they offer water bottles and peanut butter crackers while you wait, along with there good year tv which also sucks. When asked how long it would take I'm told... not long at all. Definitely won't be back read more

My girlfriend took her car there for an oil change, they did it but put the drain plug on too tight, so when I went to do the oil change myself the next time the plug was stripped and it was leaking oil. Bad attitude and apparently bad service. read more

Jiffy Lube - Auto Repair Near Me - Ocean City, Maryland

This Jiffy Lube has the best car wash facilities in town! All of the equipment such as; vacuums, change machines, self-wash bays, and drive-thru wash all work wonderfully. I'm not sure why my truck is so much cleaner when I leave their drive-thru wash, but it sparkles and shines beautifully when I wash it at this Jiffy Lube. I drive a lot and also live on a dirt road, so I wash my truck about 3 times a week. I've been to many different car washes in MD, VA and DE. This is still the very best one! Now, if you need to make change from a $20 bill and you are forced to ask the lady at the counter, best of luck to you. She is rude and gets really upset when she has to get up off that stool. My advice is make sure you have 2 $10's. The oil change crew is fast, reliable and easy to work with. They don't try to harrass you too much about buying extra things that you may or may not need. read more

I don't think it's fair, that ONE guy has me giving this jiffy lube a 2 star rating. I've been coming here 3 yrs for my oil changes and this was the first time that I was treated like a bother. The store closes at 6, I show up at 515 due to my work schedule. This employee is flapping his hands, cursing that another car pulled in(myself). I look at him and ask if I should come back tmw and he asks if I wanted an oil change or not. What kind of customer service is that? Two other cars pull in behind me and next to me and because men were driving them, he was all buddy-buddy and genuine with them......I'm so confused. read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. I heard all the bad things about Jiffy Lube but why not give it a try? I had only 2 choices Walmart or Jiffy Lube.. So I tried it out! The customer service was great they described to me in detail the brand of oil I wanted and filter they checked everything, including battery and tire pressure, topped off all my fluids, and vacuumed out my car. I didn't have any issues with them at all, the only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because I feel the price for the Synthetic oil change at $77 is a bit pricey. I usually get it done at the dealership I purchased the car and it's only $52 for synthetic and they also detail the car and rotate the tires on top of the other services. Either way if I was back in OC and needed an oil change I would go there. read more

I went on a Sunday afternoon right before closing. They were quick and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.

It took them over an hour to change my oil. There are two lines, and I got put in a line that took FOREVER. So basically other people showed up after me and left 20 minutes earlier. If you want fast service show up right before closing and they'll speed you through. read more

Both of my brake lights stopped working simultaneously while I was on vacation quite far from home. JR, the owner/operator, went above and beyond to identify the problem (which was a blown fuse) so that I didn't have to drive 150 miles without them. He even replaced my brake lights for me, which were somehow fused in the socket. JR was knowledgeable and more than kind. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, from a regular oil change to a busted fuse! read more

worse than you could imagine. They only filled 1/2 of the required oil and then were trying to say it leaked through (in a couple of days). Wouldn't even drive by - they might steal your oil to re-use it read more

Wow I live in the area now, but I still go back home to visit and when I do I take my car to my local mechanic that we trust. Anyways this past week when I was getting my car worked on where I'm from, I was startled to be told that Jiffy Lube didn't change my filter when I had got a oil change about a month ago...wow. My oil was ok, but filter was pitch black, and had to fix the fuel pump on my car. Will not be going back to this jiffy lube in the future, what a joke, can't even trust anyone. I'd rather drive five hundred miles to see my trusted car mechanic over this place. read more

Went for an oil change and made the dumb mistake of not asking the cost before hand. I had been to jiffy lube in Salisbury a year earlier and paid about $50 for my oil change. They tried to up sell me on light bulbs and filters before I left them the keys and I had them change a plate light that had been out. When I came to pick up my truck which is a big 5.7L V8 the total with the lightbulb was 115 dollars. It takes 45 dollars worth of oil retail and the light bulb was a 3 dollar bulb. I argued with them for a little bit but was in a hurry and wasn't getting anywhere so I just paid and left. Went back to talk to the manager when I had more time and he was not willing to do anything me. Don't trust these guys but if you must go there be sure to ask the price before you leave them the keys read more
