Paid $125 for a diagnostic, only to be told I need a new hood latch that they can't get and that I should try the dealership. They never even addressed my check engine light. Meanwhile, they quoted me a whopping $750 for front brake pads and rotors. As a reminder, you can get brake pads and rotors for $150 tops on Amazon. Absolutely ridiculous. So I paid $125, left with NOTHING resolved, and they couldn't even be bothered to put air in my tires despite the tire pressure warning being on. Seriously? Not even air in the tires? On top of that, the garage seems to be staffed by very young, seemingly inexperienced workers. I can't speak to their qualifications, but the lack of service certainly didn't inspire confidence. I have no problem paying for good service, but this felt like a complete waste of money. It seems they're more interested in finding things to charge you for than actually helping you. Terrible experience. Won't be back.

That said - transmissions he and his son-in-law worked on that have experienced failures but still under his warranty - those people spending upwards of $3,000 and the work Jeff did failed - they got hosed! JUST PLAIN HOSED! Those people helped made Jeff rich - bit now I got a vehicle that cannot be driven.
