Good variety of prepared things, that are tasty and easy to heat. My fav is chicken bacon ranch mac & cheese!

The food was delicious and the margaritas were both tasty and potent. Free chips and salsa, with the added plus for me being that regardless of which taco plate I chose, they gave me the option of crunchy (hard shell) tacos, which I prefer. The service was also attentive and courteous. I think someone had commented that this is not a first date venue, but for a casual dining experience it will work. The decor is lively, with traditional music enhancing the ambiance, but not loud at all, so chatting it up is easy.

Over the years, I've vacationed in Mexico and worked for Big Sugar in Belle Glade, so I'm no stranger to authentic Mexican cuisine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "¡Hola!"--spoken w passion. Luckily, I know enough conversational Spanish to keep up, and I was seated near the front of the restaurant. The colorful menu practically told me what to order: Sopa de Camarones, Birria Tacos, and a fresh Jugo de Melón (watermelon juice). The waitress was incredibly welcoming and soon returned with a basket of warm tortilla chips and three kinds of salsa. That's when I knew--I had found the real deal. One salsa was mild, the second had a medium kick, and the third--an orange one--was pure fire . I laughed to myself and thought, "Yup, this is going to be good." And it was. All three salsas were absolutely delicious. Then came the food: a steaming bowl of shrimp soup and a plate of mouthwatering birria tacos. The smell alone made my stomach growl. The shrimp broth was rich and flavorful--absolutely hypnotic. I'd order it again without hesitation. As for the tacos? I smothered them in the green salsa and devoured them so fast, it was like I was drinking them. I was that hungry--and they were that good. This was the first truly authentic Mexican meal I've had since leaving South Florida. I'll definitely be coming back.

However, following our experience on 4/7/26, we have decided this will be our last order. Our order was incorrect, and when we attempted to call (413-427-9328), the call went directly to a full voicemail box, leaving us unable to resolve the issue by phone. We had to return in person to request a correction. We had ordered rice and habichuelas but received only rice. Upon arrival, we were informed that the stewed pink beans were unavailable; however, no one contacted us to offer a substitution. Instead, the item was simply omitted. We were then given black beans as a replacement, but the order was still incomplete, as we received only one container despite ordering two. Additionally, no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience of multiple trips (approximately one hour of additional travel time), and our tacos were not remade, resulting in a soggy and unsatisfactory meal. While the cost of the order was modest, the primary issue was the way the situation was handled. The response we received felt dismissive and unprofessional, as though the error was our fault rather than a service issue. For future improvement, I recommend contacting customers when items are unavailable to offer substitutions, as well as ensuring a more courteous and solution-oriented approach when addressing order issues. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and will be sharing our feedback accordingly.

I ordered the birria tacos, and they were flavorful, well-seasoned, and fresh. The tortillas tasted homemade and the salsa had just the right kick. There are a ton of holes in the wall that looks like someone had the intention of repairing and painting over and then just lost interest. Food? Looked really promising!! Burritos were pretty massive so I was pretty excited. They come out looking good, well prepared as far as the tortilla isn't coming apart. They did a good job putting together a burrito that wouldn't fall apart. But that's it. The rice is prepackaged, stale, fake yellow rice that has a weird, off putting flavor, I got carnitas and my wife got carne asada, neither tasted like anything at all. The carnitas ( a slow roasted pork ) honestly tasted like a pork tenderloin that had been thrown in a crock pot with zero seasoning. The bits in my burrito were grey and honestly off putting. I had really high hopes. Went out of my way because I have heard pretty decent things about this place. Saying I was underwhelmed is about as complimentary as I can be.
