I needed to order 100 breakfast burritos for our annual golf event. I requested that they be ready for pick up at 7 am. When I got there a few minutes early, they were all ready to go and nicely sealed in a box under the heat lamp. Everyone loved the hot breakfast in the morning before the tournament began. My husband and I stopped here so he could grab a taco. As soon as we walked in, we saw the floor in the kitchen and were immediately disgusted. It was the filthiest, most disgusting floor we have ever seen. Thai location supposedly had an "A" rating with the health department and there is no way on earth that this could be real. There was food all over the kitchen floor as well as trash from cups and napkins, wrappers and some type of liquid. Not only is this extremely unhealthy for the employees but it is also a huge no no to the health department. How is your kitchen supposed to be germ free if your floor is full of trash and food. We will never eat at this location now after seeing this floor. I swear it was like someone took the contents of their kitchen and spread it out all over the floor. If I could give zero stars I would. Came here for my mom who is a cancer patient. Her treatment really effects her appetite so when she has a craving for something we get it for her. All she wanted was a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce. It was the first thing we ordered. Also ordered a fiesta pack and a crunchy tostada. They shoved everything into the fiesta pack box which had bean and cheese burritos with red sauce. I asked the girl if where the bean and cheese burrito with green sauce was. She said it was in the box. Asked her if she marked it so we knew which one it was. She says no but it's in there. We get back to our hotel and guess what wasn't in the box?! The bean and cheese burrito with green sauce! They all had red. Which normally isn't a big deal but for my mom...it was the one and only thing she wanted and could eat that doesn't make her nauseous and it wasn't even in the box. This is not a blight on Del Taco in general, but this particular location SUCKS. They're available on GrubHub, yet they disable it literally EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. What's the point? I'm well aware that the entire country is having issues with properly staffing their establishments, but why not just end the partnership with GrubHub? It's perfectly reasonable to have issues with staffing vs. demand in 2022, but it makes very little sense for a restaurant to stay affiliated with GrubHub if they feel it's necessary to disable it so regularly. read more

Was here on 9/19 Thursday night around 11:05 pm and about 3 hrs later I had bad chills, running a high temperature and got sick, it lasted for about 24hrs. I work nights so this was the first thing I had eaten that day. I had the two carnitas for $6 and only eat one of them. Ordered some tacos, fries and a milkshake. Great breakfast... I know :) Line was pretty fast in the drive through, until mine for some reason. Took several minutes of waiting at the window to get the tacos and fries. The girl said my milkshake was almost done. After a few more minutes she asked me to pull around to the front for it. This is the last time I'll ever do that. If my fast food isn't going to be fast I don't want it. She assured me it'd be right out and I pulled around to type front. After 5 minutes of waiting out front I went in the store. The first person to the counter was the manager. She told me the milk shake machine was still warming up and if I wanted one now it's be thin, but I could wait longer for a better one. Holy cow! I asked for a refund and she disappeared behind the wall for another three minutes until she emerged with a few ones and another handful of change to add to my pile of change related to this transaction. She was at least kind enough to offer a free soda... whatever that's worth. Already being 20 minutes in to a fast food deal I declined so I wouldn't be any later to my appointment. This location used to be the absolute best, but it's gotten pretty terrible. I had the bean and cheese burrito. I should have received a soft, fresh tortilla. It was dry, hard and crunchy. After being disappointed, once again, with the "24-hour" Alberto's on Hot Springs being closed, I had to settle for the only 24-hour "mexican" option in my area. I was hoping that I wasn't going to be disappointed, but at 3am all there's room for is disappointment. I order a couple of Del Carbon tacos and a pair of crunchy beef tacos. The del carbons were ok, a little on the chewy side as far as the meat is concerned. I had to dispose of several pieces of fat which didn't add to the experience. The crunchy tacos were fine. No complaints there. The quality is not as good as when I first experienced Del Taco. It really is very much like Taco Bell. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every single time my roommates and I have gone to this place they have forgotten an item. Most of the time they have over charged us. I went inside and ordered two chicken rollers and went to use the restroom. When I came out there was nothing on the counter and I waited the guy before me walked up and said he order grilled chicken burritos and she gave him his bag. All of a sudden there was a bag on the counter and and she looked at me and said are you 6? I said yes and asked her did that guy just return these burritos and she lied to my face and said no. Del taco is my favorite fast food joint. Love their chicken soft tacos and their classic chicken burrito. Prices can't be beat either! This location, though, needs a little work. The drive through is ridiculously slow... I don't know if they're understaffed or if it takes them a long time to cook the food or what... but I've never sat in a drive through line longer than I have here. Sometimes if there are several cars in line I'll park and walk in. When I leave with my food I see the same cars still waiting in line. This location is pretty good about getting orders correct, I still check everything before leaving the parking lot though. This location was very efficient. They accepted our coupons and got our modified vegan order correct. Food was hot and fresh. I loved that they offered fresh salsa, the mild was too mild but the hot was good. I would have given this location 5 stars but the cloth backs to their booths were stained and the chairs looked like they needed to be wiped down with some bleach. read more
