In their defense it looked like they may be doing some sort of "remodel"/restructuring the floor plan as there were empty shelves and things getting moved around. Reminisced about our first time walking into a running store 15-20 years ago and being fitted for proper shoes. Glad this place is close by for new runners too! We talked with the employees about fun races we've done in the past, including Disney, Cowtown (now Urban Cow), CIM, Shamrock, etc. Good memories. Convenient location, a few steps away from Marco's Pizza and Icing on the Cupcake, where we were actually headed, lol. Prices seem like normal retail prices, so you're not saving any money but at least you might get it faster than ordering online. Found out they have a running group on Sundays that does a few miles together. Might be fun to check them out!

When I asked if I would have any issues returning the item without a tag Bianca said I could only return them to this particular store. And even then she couldn't guarantee I wouldn't have any issues with the return just in case the slides did not fit my son. If they can't even answer basic questions about their return policy, that's a big red flag. I asked her if she was ok, because of her off putting demeanor she responded yes. I decided to go elsewhere. I hope Bianca has a better day or finds a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers.
