Have not been here in YEARS, probably before the pandemic when I thrifted a lot. It is MUCH better than it was because it was very clean for thrift store. I like that it was well organized and small items are put in baskets instead of being strewn about to dig through. Prices are very reasonable vs. say Goodwill. Its big enough inside to feel like you might find something but not so big that it is overwhelming. Then in the building across the way had furniture which was mostly very outdated and overpriced. Usually thrift store price these for less because it takes up so much space. There was a metal outdoor patio chair I was mildly interested in but they wanted $25 for it. I walked out empty handed this time but would come back. Staff was friendly. We were greeted and wished a good day when we left. read more

I love this thrift store. They have great stuff and great prices. If you're looking for something special in the vintage realm this is where you want to visit. They used to have a few more designer clothes than they had today, but I still managed to find a few cute things! I also really like spending my money for such a worthwhile cause. read more

This store has really upgraded! Merchandise used to seem "stale", it was kind of dusty and prices were high. I wished we had a nice thrift store here since moving to Lincoln. I drove roundtrip during morning commute to have my bed frame [very good condition although they did not really look at it] to tell me they didn't think it would sell there, saying they usually tell customers they may reject stuff upon arrival. That was not mentioned when I called, however I would understand if there was something wrong with it but there isn't. how rude. Delivered free, and as described, and then rejected. Excellent thrift store with a great mission. Very organized merchandizing makes items easy to see and quick to find if you are searching for something specific. I came to town from Southern California and rushed to get there before closing since they are closed the rest of the weekend and on Mondays. Arrived 5 mins before 5pm and we were shooed out of the store by 4 employees at the entrance. Rude and unprofessional service. If the hours are posted until 5pm, we should be able to shop until then. read more

Saturday, 3/04/2023 - We passed by The Salt Mine Thrift Store in Lincoln, CA and decided to check them out. Address is 105 Flocchini Cir, Lincoln, CA 95648. It's off to the side of Industrial Way. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) plenty of parking. We had no issue getting a parking spot. 2) they had the store to the left and a little warehouse to the right. 3) the warehouse had lots of books, furnitures, large exercise equipments, golfing things, pictures, frames, etc. 4) in the warehouse there is a table with coffee where you can drink it for free. Very sweet of them to provide this. 5) inside the Thrift store were clothing, shoes, nick knacks, trinkets, dishes, silverwares, etc. The usual things you find in Thrift Stores. 6) the patrons there and the workers were all very nice. 7) Cons: No cons. Conclusion: Everyone was very nice. We just happened to drive by this place and decided to check them out. The pricing on the items is what I call thrifting vs the big corporation Thrift stores. I liked this little spot. They were clean and organized. read more
