I always go to these washers. We love coming here, but today's experience was a little different. I…read morefelt like the girl working today. Was thinking I was lying. I went to let her know that my clothes got stained in the dryer. I specifically went through all my clothes, one by one to make sure I didn't have a marker or a pen and I didn't. I went to let her know what was going And then she said that it was probably the washer that stayed in the clothes. And I specifically told her that that has never happened to me in the washer and she proceed to tell me that it has happened to her before she did check the dryer and the washers and so did I and she said there was nothing in the linen, but I felt like she was calling me a liar, like I was lying about it and I get it. It's on my own risk, but it would've been nice for a different reaction :(. Just didn't make me feel better of my situation because it was a lot of clothes. That did get stain by something purple on some of the clothes. Not all of the clothes and I get it. It's happened to me before for my kids have left stuff in it but this time. I know that there was nothing in it because it's specifically went one by one by one. Other than that I love coming here.

Unfortunately, if I could, I'd give this place no stars. I don't come very often, but what I…read moreexperienced today was horrifying. My husband & I showed up to catch up on busy life laundry when I got sick to my stomach. So I went to the restroom & came out fairly quickly hoping it would subside. We continued with our laundry (yes, paying customer) & after awhile my stomach started hurting again. So I went to the restroom, again. I'm not sure how long I was in there, but it definitely was not anything unreasonable. Next thing I know, there's a knock at the door. I say "Someone's in here." Then I hear "What are you doing in there?" In return I say "I'm going to the bathroom." (As if I wasn't mortified enough.) The woman, MARIE, an older lady with long gray hair says "I'm unlocking & opening the door." I'm like "What? No, I'm going to the bathroom." She unlocks the door & opens it to me on the toilet (obviously with my pants down) going to the bathroom. I had to say SEVERAL times "Ma'am, close the door!" She's not only exposing me to her, but to others. I had to call my husband from the bathroom to come to my rescue. When I came out I confronted her, she was so rude & didn't believe she did anything wrong. So yes, I yelled at her. I was mortified. She told me there was a time limit & to go to the bathroom at home. #1 Nothing is posted about a time limit or bathroom rules. #2 If I could make it home I'd gladly poop at home. So I asked for a manager or higher up. Apparently, she was the manager on duty, but they would not/could not give me any information on HER manager or the owner. All they would say was "Come back next week. The owner should be here Monday." It was so unacceptable. Even with having a WITNESS, Manteca Police Department said I couldn't do much because the homeless/drug addicts made it to where businesses CAN do this. That I can file a civil suit if I want. Even after reading them the California law. Here's the thing, I get it, Manteca is struggling with homeless & drug addicts, but for paying citizens like myself to go through something like this is crazy. From what I hear, she's a long time employee, which is most likely why she acts the way she does. I plan to follow up with a manager or owner first. We'll see what happens. I don't feel someone should be allowed to get away with this. I'm not going to say I don't recommend this place until I find out how the higher up handles this situation.

First off, this facility wouldn't get 5 stars if it wasn't for Linda's hard-working ethics. She…read moremakes this place sparkle like nothing I've ever seen in a laundromat. I like to wash my clothes on off-peak time, so I can enjoy the quiet time - no kids hanging from the ceiling fans, whiny babies, unmonitored children making a mess with handprints all over the windows and dryer doors. I've watched Linda put in her due diligence with this place and she goes above and beyond her call of duty. With that said, she makes it an enjoyable place to come to wash my belongings - without having to use nasty washers like I've seen in other places or the nuisance of kids play. I have piece of mind when I know my clothes are being washed in somewhat of a sanitary washer without the presence of the previous customer's filth/dirt. So THANK YOU LINDA for all your efforts, because I appreciate all that you do and your outstanding work will never go unnoticed with me! BONUS POINTS FOR BEING OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY & security cameras for additional comfort & protection! The pricing is affordable here for the top load washer (household style washers). It allows for ample amount of clothing without breaking the bank. I've never used the commercial washers as they almost look like they hold the same size as the one I use. The dryers are in decent condition. You do get the average 6 minutes for every $0.25, with the option for high, medium or low heat setting. There a few folding tables and carts to use while there. The only negative about this place is there isn't an outlet to charge phones/laptops, no TVs for leisure while waiting or bathroom. Besides that, this is an ideal place to come to if you live near Eleventh street in Tracy.

It's not worth it and it's called 2B laundromat . Fuck this place and trashy it is . More broken…read morewashing machines than working ones. Plus the card reader scams and no change .
