They also gave me a couple coupons so it will be a while before I have to pay for the upgrade.

They couldn't show me anything, only a text message they had sent. I checked their website and Terms & Conditions afterward and couldn't find a cancellation fee mentioned anywhere. I told the manager I was objecting on principle. She told me I "can't afford it," said I'm not allowed back in the salon, and said that because I had pushed back she wouldn't refund the fee. The manager said I was lucky they only charged me 50% and if I wanted they could charge me 100%. When I asked to speak with the owner, staff refused to give me their contact information. Asking to reschedule shouldn't get you an insult and a ban. Before you book here and leave your card on file, be aware of how they treat customers whose plans change. I'll update this review if the owner makes it right.

Didn't wet my face for 24 hours, but the curl started fading near immediately. By the 24 hour mark, I noticed substantial decurl. We're here exactly one week later and the tint is completely gone. Parts of the outer lashes that are the longest are actually now kinked, which makes mascara difficult to apply. Maybe the service would be better suited for someone who has thicker and longer lashes, unlike me--who has limited hair to begin in. The service itself was 120$, and took about 50 min. I just can't see myself coming in once a month for a minimal change for time and cost. I am seeing that the company has been outreaching to negative experiences, but please don't--I'm not interested in attempting this again. I'd be curious to hear back on other Asian clients or those with sparser eyelash hairs instead.

They do not allow kids under a certain age due to people not taking care of their kids and thinking the front desk is a baby sitter. The kids then cry and annoy the rest of the customers. They run monthly specials on products and add-on's. I also love the time your stylist takes with you, if you have concerns, what did you like or not like. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a paying customer, not spoken to that way. There are plenty of equally skilled nail techs in the area without this kind of front desk experience attached. Two things stand out from other airbrush tans I've received from other establishments - she's fast (in and out in 15 minutes) and the tans last and last with proper care. I won't go anywhere else.
