I was advised as I was leaving that if I contacted her within 48 hours for any gapping or loss of lashes that she would perform a fill at no charge. My lashes were NOT hybrid. Idk what you would call them, but they were super thick like volume lashes and not what I asked for whatsoever. Despite this I still paid for my service and tipped as well. On 2/7 I contacted her to let her know that I had quite a bit of shedding despite following the usual aftercare instructions after lash extensions are applied. I kid you not, the first thing my bf said to me when I woke up on 2/6 was, "Umm... quite a few hairs on your pillow". Initially since wasn't going to complain because my eyelashes were too thick anyway. Come Sunday it was simply impossible to ignore. Even my hairdresser (yes I had a Sunday appointment due to inclement weather earlier in the week) was like, "Why do your lashes look like that?". As you can see from the screenshots below, I had to pester Jasmine to even respond. I had to comment under her photo and tag two friends in order for her to respond for rescheduling. On the day of she had text me about the roads being bad and I responded to her text and inboxed her. She read my last message but failed to follow up. I've essentially wasted a $100+ dollars for super thick eyelashes that were halfway gone within a matter of days. Due to her being highly unprofessional I would NOT recommend this person based off her customer service and the abysmal service rendered.

I envy people who have perfectly symmetrical faces, but I do not. To make things worse, one of my eyebrows grew higher and was shorter in length than the other. I wanted to get my eyebrows done in a way that would help make them more symmetrical and I was able to achieve that here! She was so kind and soft-spoken. Plus she was very meticulous on helping to achieve the desired look you're going for. After the initial consultation I made an appt to go in and have them permanently tattooed and then a follow-up appointment weeks after they healed to have a touch up. She explained to me that during the healing process my eyebrows were going to look dark and huge, but that it would quickly shrink and lighten up. She also gave me a small kit with an ointment to apply to the area along with written instructions on how to care for them. She was right! My eyebrows looked crazy for a bit, but they healed up nicely. In the future when I need to have them touched up again I will be coming back here. It's easy to make an appointment through her website. Not all places have easy appt scheduling, so I appreciate the ones that do.

The pain is slight, but I prefer threading over waxing because it is gentler for me and due to the fact that I have sensitive skin.
