Good place for a kid to get exercise. An hour is plenty of time to jump around. Area near the snack machines was wet and nasty with people with barefeet running around. Cleanup should have been done immediately. We wil still come back! read more

Cloud9 is great! The facilities were surprisingly clean and I didn't even mind the fact that there were children everywhere! Guy was extremely helpful, professional, and engaging. Give that man a raise! read more

I came to cloud 9 with my siblings and we were wowed by the leadership, more specifically one of the managers Guy Evans who was off the clock but still working to make sure the building was running smoothly. He was even told by employees to take a break and stop helping. He definitely made us want to come back and tell our friends too! read more

Be prepared to buy their grip socks. Other grip socks from competitive trampoline parks are not acceptable. I'll be staying at my local Jump where they care more about fun and less about lining their pockets. read more

I'm only giving it one star because of the military discount. My friends had to wait in a 30 min line just to sit on the couches. The foam pits were disgusting, I caught the flu while there and I will NEVER return. Also my friend whom is a professional aerialist, found out the rigged the aerial silks incorrectly. One was hanging from the middle of a chain, which is the weakest point. This place is a bacterial in habitant danger zone read more

Fun and affordable . Very busy on Saturday morning so plan your visit around that. Great aerobic class. Burns tons of calories.

Who doesn't love a good jump. I thought an hour wouldn't be enough, but it TOTALLY is at my age. I hosted a MEET UP meeting here for a fun met and greet. It was on a wed and pretty light on the crowd, which was perfect. read more

We brought a few of our staff members here for a short, yet fun employee outing. Nice staff here at Cloud9. I find the policy of needing to buy their socks a little silly (which we were not told about before hand) but nonetheless, still had a great time!!! read more

It's a family friendly experience. Great exercise...getting the kiddos out and moving.

This doesn't even deserve one star we payed for an overnight party and they watched us use the foam pit and then they banned it abusing their power and if anyone was in any foam pit including ones not banned that person got banned for the night and half my birthday was banned from using the entire facility we had to sit and do nothing due to strict rules that were not told to us and we're just rules made by the staff to take a nice nap and not have to do their job read more

I had a lot of fun with my friends here!!! The only thing I would change is how crowded it is. It's a bit hard having to weave in and out of people... Other than that it's a great place I highly recommend!!!! read more

If this was my first trampoline park experience, I might have rated it higher. But, I have been to SkyZone and there is no comparison! SkyZone is a solid 5 stars (by the way..there will be one opening up in Virginia Beach sometime in the near future)! This place was packed and chaos from the moment we walked in the door. We had reserved a time slot online. But, the line was so long to get checked in, etc that we lost 10 minutes of our paid for jump time. We mentioned this during our check-in, but no one seemed to care. Then, we informed that we needed to take our socks off and go barefoot. Yikes! (at SkyZone they give you a pair of non-skid SkyZone socks to wear) We then made our way through the crowd to put our stuff in a cubby (not a locked locker). After removing our shoes/socks we made our way to the trampolines. It was PACKED! I was sincerely worried for my kids safety. There was two small benches next to the trampolines to sit and watch. Because it was crowded, those were full. So I had to stand and watch. There were no TV's or other form of entertainment for the waiting adults. At SkyZone there were multiple TV's, music. and even massage chairs!!!! Also, there is not a snack bar. Again, SkyZone does have a snack bar and large party rooms for birthday parties, etc. No, I do not work for SkyZone. I am sincerely just trying to help paint a picture for you. There was a dodgeball court, but it was PACKED with kids who were just running around trying to hit each other as hard as they could. There was no game being played. There was an employee near by, but he was not worried about what was going on. I can honestly say, we will not be returning to this place again. We will wait for the new SkyZone to open up here or go visit one in another location! read more

Fun place but, they need to cater more towards younger children during the day when the older children are at school. Their designated little kids jump hours are a joke. 9-10 am ? Grade school children are still in school at 10 am. Why not extend those hours till at least 12? Additionally, if I bring my 1 year old and my four year old by myself, I am fine with paying for two child priced tickets. Their business tactic of purchasing an adult priced ticket during regular hours while my 1 year old is free is absurd! I am not going to this place for myself I am taking my children. How would I enjoy myself as an adult on a trampoline when I have to chase my one year old around? Other trampoline places that I have been to allow children two and under free and no charge for adults as well! This place has short time limits and just seems like they don't care about their customers and only wants to scam you out of your money if you have little kids. Just know cloud 9 that my kids won't be little forever and if you want our repeat business in the future then you should consider better deals for the smaller children now. read more

My daughter loves this place ! She is only 5 and this place can definitely wear her out. I will say the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the a few times the staff has been a little rude or they seemed annoyed by the kids. And also you do have to buy their socks in order to jump, which is ridiculous. They aren't cheap. Other than that, the place is well kept and my daughter loves coming here. You do have to fill out a waiver either their in the kiosk, on paper, or you can print one online and bring it filled in. read more

Once you started jumping the referee employees are rude and almost made my daughter mess her ankle up. By swinging a bar to catch the bar she was on and caught her foot and he pulled it.. Only to tell her one at a time when really the other person just finished when she got on the bar to swing across. read more

I brought my kids here for my son's 7th birthday. Unfortunately, it was closed for a private event. Came back the next week AND WAS REFUSED ACCESS due to my son being one week too old to jump with his younger sister during the kids-only time. I would never bring my small kids here during the time when teens are allowed for fear of their safety. Teenage staff was completely unwilling to accommodate my kids and completely denied our entry. I left with two kids crying furiously for thinking I betrayed them two weeks in a row. Looks like a fun place but staff is rude and unprofessional. Made me wait for almost 20 mins just to say we couldn't jump. There are plenty of inflatable jumpers in the area that will get my business instead of this horrible place. read more

Had an amazing time on my first visit! The staff was super friendly and to my surprise, it was very clean. Mike was extremely helpful at the front desk. I visited here over a year ago with my two sons (7&8) at the time I thought it was a bit unsafe because the varying ages of jumpers in close proximity (jumpers landing on one another if not careful, no non-skid socks required, no dividers between activities, & non-attentive staff). I actually had a solid 200+lb solid muscle gentlemen jump from his square to mine and land on top of my head. Needless to say I didn't continue my jumping venture. My kids jumped for about 20 more min and that was that! I didn't return until today (2 years later). The disclaimer form you sign makes you think you or your children could die from this trampoline park because it's detailed and very blunt (paralysis and death in verbiage) . I didn't want my kids to miss a birthday gathering here so I attended today. I was pleasantly surprised, socks were $2 and utilized for jumpers (still not required), vigilant staff, structural improvements/dividers, & various adventures for the kids to enjoy. I did not jump, but my two boys (9&10) enjoyed themselves. As a parent, be wise about this choice because the potential to hurt yourself is plentiful BUT know your kids and make the best judgement for your family! P.S. Go early like 10am for less people/crowd, 1 hour is sufficient jumping time, & take a water bottle so you don't purchase liquid sugar from the vending machine read more

Very fun place but unfortunately rude employees. My son came here for a birthday party and had a great time. The only reason I didn't rate it with more stars is one of the employees named Cameron was extremely rude to me for no reason. He accused me of not having cloud9 socks and was very rude about it. I was wearing cloud9 socks that I actually bought from cloud9 last summer (I just saved them because I didn't want to buy them again) they were just an older design. Kids that are 6 and younger have to have an adult with them. My son is 6 and I was with him watching him. I jumped over to where he and other kids from the party were to watch them jump and Cameron was extremely rude and told me I could not jump. I was not jumping I was standing there watching. I tried to explain to him that I was not an active jumper I was with a birthday party and my son is 6 years old and I just jumped over to watch. He said none of that mattered. I am much older than him and he was very rude and disrespectful. They need more employees that are friendly and respectful to others. read more

Cloud9 has provided endless entertainment to my daughter and her friends. Highly recommend.

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!!!! I recently came to Cloud9 for the first time ever, and it was nothing but EPIC! When I first entered the building I was welcomed by a huge smile, and a very polite hello. I had to sign a waiver before being able to purchase my tickets, but that didn't take much time at all. The workers at the front desk checking people in were killing it! It took them no time to get my family and I jumping. I was not able to wear my own outside socks on the jump floor, but I was able to purchase these dope camouflage socks that they were selling. There were so many socks to choose from, but these were definitely my favorite! There is so much to do out on the jump floor! I was able to dunk on the basketball hoops, go through the ninja course, swing into the foam pit off the trapeze bar, play some dodgeball, jump on the mega trampoline! It was all just so amazing. My kids did not want to leave this place, and I don't blame them! It's such an awesome place! Aside from the jumping experience, the staff was absolutely outstanding. The way they interacted with my family and I was great. One of the employees took the time to actually have a conversation with me, and it really made my day. I look forward to coming to jump again! If you have not been to this establishment yet you are definitely missing out on a lot. Keep up the wonderful work Cloud9 Crew! read more

On Friday, January 4, 2019 at around 1530 my two children and my wife went to Cloud 9 in Chesapeake, VA because we received a giftcard from a family member. We entered the business and i completed the waiver for my child and I. I the. Approached the counter where i paid with the gift card. She asked if i had socks to jump and i informed her that my child did. My child the. Proceeded to go jump but was first screened by a black male with dreads. He then Allowed my child to enter and jump. After about 15 to 20 minutes passed he came up to me and said my child didnt have cloud 9 socks on. We have been to various trampoline parks and at other places they didnt care as long as they are approved sticky socks. So i asked him how he knew the socks my child was wearing were not cloud 9 approved socks from another facility and/or state. He then stated he had a catalogue of all approved socks, which i know was a lie. At no point did he ask for my child to come over so he could inspect them. He then left and got a black female manager who ever asked me any questions, nor did she ever see my child or his socks. She then gave me a refund on a cloud 9 card which i did not want. I asked her if she could give it back to me another way and she said she could not. Name on receipt of cashier: OLIVIA H station: pos3 Hypothetically, Even if my child grabbed the wrong socks because we have socks from multiple places, the staff should not have treated us the way they did by calling us out in front of everyone. It is possible we are poor and another approached could have been completed. Also if you never ask the child over to look at his socks then how so you know they are not approved. POOR customer service is what it comes down to, because with a little investigation OLIVIA H could have achieved better circumstances. Also the staff laughed and waived as we left. Nice customer service. read more

The freezer broke down and they did not even tell me before the party. My icecream almost all melted. I book a 10 kids package party. The lady who called me a few days earlier of the party only wanted me to confirm that I come to the party. She did not mention any name list that I should provide. When on the party day, the check in process is in a big mess and the girl who does that job only put tally mark on her sheet and your party group could be mixed with random people and she just added the tally mark there and said you have enough people already then whoever come in a bit late to the party have to pay the price. The whole group of people including the "manager" are rude and seems that it is the customer's fault. Only the person who serve in the party room is the only nice one. It is very unhappy experience hosting a party there because it is chaos and rude people, they do not do their job right and blame on the customer. When I call back to express that, she just said, "go ahead and leave a review on google, we do not handle customer service". I have 10 spots booked, send out 9 invitations, 8 kids came on time and 1 extra kid I let to fill in spot, the 1 kid who came a bit late had to pay for her own because the girl who put tally mark told me, you already filled in your 10 spots! Can she count? When I was there, I could have been told to give a name list to check in the people I invited, not some random persons in the line and be invited. It is ridiculous. I would not suggest anyone who rent this place for party and I am not going come to this place againThe freezer broke down and they did not even tell me before the party. My icecream almost all melted. . read more

This was our second time going there. The first time was for my sons birthday party which went ok. Nothing spectacular but the kids jumped and had fun. We returned for my other sons birthday but just with a couple kids. Wow! Was there a lot wrong. The kids still had fun jumping which was most important but definitely disorganized, mediocre staff and terrible procedures. It started with the socks- other trampoline parks will often be ok with you wearing other socks as long as they are grip socks- nope not here. We were asked at check in if we had socks and I said we did as we brought socks from another park. So registration was done and the kids were sent in to play, then they were told by staff inside they couldn't jump because they didn't have "Cloud9" socks. That is ridiculous! So back to the counter to buy socks. Kids were sent back in, after they were jumping about 5 minutes one of the staff asked me which staff read them "the rules" I don't know? What rules? No one said anything about it, so once again I had to pull the kids off the floor to hear the rules. Then they went to jump. My son asked if they could use the trapeze bar to which the staff said no there weren't "enough people" after a few other parents complained they opened that section up. 2 other sections were roped off. Then honestly the last straw. Our wristband color was called off. I had paid for 1.5 hours our time INCLUDING all the madness of being called on and off the floor we had only been there one hour and 15 minutes. So as we were off the floor again I asked why this was. I was told they start the clocks at the half hour...soo...that means if you come at 3:29 they count your time starting at 3! So you're paying an extra half hour for one minute!? Come on now! The worst there was no explanation of any of it. The manager at least let the kids have their 15 minutes but overall it was more stressful for me as a parent than necessary. I will certainly look to go to other trampoline parks read more

WARNING: ONLINE RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED. I made reservations for a party of 6 for a Saturday afternoon. A few days later, I needed to add a seventh person to our party. Because our flight time was sold out, I called to reschedule for a later time when all seven of us could jump together. I was told that our reservation could not be changed, even though there was space available later in the day, because they "cannot access the system" for online reservations. They can only change reservations made over the phone. However, reservations for parties with fewer than ten people can only be made online. Unfortunately, we have not yet had a chance to jump. We were very much looking forward to celebrating my son's birthday at Cloud9, but now it seems that one of us will have to sit on the sidelines and watch instead of jump with the others. To me, this is unacceptable customer service, and I would hesitate to return after this. read more

I have been to Cloud 9 on two occasions. First was in January for my son's birthday and it was a success. My best friend then had her party there tonight for her son. Tonight's experience was quite the opposite. The customer service was absolutely horrific. We asked to speak to a manager and were denied. After tracking down a manager ourselves, the problem was still not handled. They have a great concept, but the management needs help in customer service. The check-in process for multiple children leaves much to be desired. For a group outing, this is not the place. read more

-5 stars. I was reading reviews for cloud 9 and Kathryn is correct about this place, it's a dangerous place to take your family. On January 3 rd I decided to take my family to this place which by the pictures looked very fun and the kids got all excited waiting our turn. 30 minutes into it. I got on a trampoline to get my 8 year old daughter and while I was stepping on the padding over the metal bars(yes metal bars), someone jumped onto my trampoline caused my left foot to slip under the padding and hit the metal padding and I fell forward. When I tried to get up I felt the pain in my foot and fell down. After sitting there for ten minutes trying yo get help to get off the floor, one of the workers came and carried me off. My foot was swollen all they said was here are some free VIP tickets and some ice. I got my kids together and had my 18 year old son carry me out the door, people looked at me crazy, but still decided to jump. Yes I signed the waiver but I wish I could go back in time. When we arrived at the ER, they said within the last week they have seen several people with worse injuries than me. They said my injury was the most rare kind. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and have to have a cadet on for three more months. When I got surgery the doctors said this place is dangerous and your not the first Person to get surgery from this place and you won't be the last. Why do you think you have to sign a waiver. Also went to eat last night and our waitress said her grown cousin broke both his ankles from there and someone else I ran into at the mall said there coworker broke both there patella. Please stay away I tell everyone I see and know please stay away. If I can stop one person from going there I did my job. As far as the GOP free passes I burned them do you honestly think I will come back. Umm no I just look at my pink cast. read more

The waiver issue is huge problem. Apparently a legal guardian must complete waiver which is ridiculous for large parties or even folks on vacation who bring their children's friends with them. As I standing there this was an issue with almost everyone who walked in. I was expressing my disappointment very politely ... No raised voices or bad words...just that it is sad for the children who end up not being able to jump. Policy is so silly because they asked us to call parents and have them complete form on line when in reality I could have called anyone to complete form or even gone to my car and completed the waivers for the children. They do not ask for proof. The little girl who I was explaining this too told ME I was not being respectful and she would simply give me a refund for my pre-paid tickets. Staff should be trained in customer service. I asked her who the owner or GM was and she didn't even know...but boy was she quick to try to exert power and bullied me in front of the children because she had no answer to the waiver problem. read more

This was my first time at a trampoline house and this place has so much to do and is seriously amazing, HOWEVER, upon walking in I started coughing. I asked if they were spraying something into the air and they said it was to keep the place from smelling like body odor and feet; and that it was dispersing on both sides of the building. Which is fine, but when you look out into the room and it is hazy from this smelly mist; it was way too much and way too concentrated. By half an hour of jumping my throat hurt and I couldn't stop coughing/sneezing. It wasn't just me, either. My friend that I went with was coughing for the entire day after. It can't be healthy to be inhaling that while pretty much working out on those trampolines and obstacles. Aside from the air freshener, it was great place. I would have loved to have been able to use my full hour if I could actually breathe. Would absolutely give more stars if it weren't for the air quality. read more

My first experience here was not the best. The service was horrible and it smells like feet. You cannot wear socks unless you buy the Cloud 9 socks. There were at least five girls standing behind the desk while the line was quite long and only two of them were doing something productive while the others just stood and talked or stared. We waited in line for 20 minutes with our young child and when we got to the head of the line the young girl at the desk then decides to tell us we need to first sign a waiver at the computer (which is in a separate area). When asked if we had to wait in line again since no one told us this information when we walked in the door, she stated, "Unfortunately, yes." I was very upset about that and it totally ruined our first impression of the place. After that, we walk to get in line again to jump and are then told you can't wear socks. However, the young gentlemen in charge of letting people in to jump did a MUCH better job when speaking with us. He gave us a rundown of how it was supposed to work and told us the young girls at the front should have told us that information when we were at the desk (which they did not say more than two words to us at the desk and no information was given). We were under the impression that we paid for a full hour of jumping yet we would be called off to leave before the full hour was up (which we were not happy about). Then the same young gentlemen explained that we have a choice of waiting for the next group to get our full hour or forfeit the time. Then there was a scary dinosaur mascot that came out to jump. My three year old daughter was screaming because it seemed as if the dinosaur was following us as we were trying constantly to get away from him because it was not appropriate for her. The young girl that helped us at the front desk was with the dinosaur at the time and laughed as my daughter was screaming and terrified. She was actually yelling for him to go away several times and he would not. I'm not sure why he would not stay in one area and let the kids that would like to be near him come to him. It seemed everywhere we went to try to get away from him he would be right behind us and I know that he saw at least three very young children trying to get away from him and just got closer and closer anyway. We just left after about thirty minutes of jumping because my daughter was too scared at that point and it didn't seem as if he would be stopping any time soon. We will definitely try Skyzone next time which I have heard great things about and sounds way more organized. read more
