I called the well driller and was promised a three-week time frame to begin drilling. I called after the three-week period and was told another three weeks. This went on for nine-months. The well driller permit expires in one-year causing me to panic so I called AZCA. I talked with Larry and Glenda asking for help. I received a very satisfactory bid within four hours so I immediately went to their office and signed a transfer of well driller permit authorization form. The AZCA crew showed up twelve days later and started drilling. I was so impressed with the work ethics of their crew that I called Larry and told him his crew was awesome.
