I'm Boondock camping in a 19 footer in LaPosa North BLM land just south of town. No hookups so I…read moredecided to call Ironwood RV Pumping, sp/w Vince and he agreed to come out and pump my tanks for $50 which I though was pricey but i figured if it was only 2 a month it was affordable. He came out and hooked up and applied suction to both tanks at once opend the gate valves and of course the hose jumped around a lot , within a couple minutes he closed both valves at once and declared there ya go, all done. I asked for verication and he replied "Dry as a bone" I paid him his $50 and then went inside and checked the toilet. Still inches of sewage in the tank. I had just hosed it out a month earlier the gage read empty. The gray water tank is brand new, the sensors are clean and work 100%. They indicated 2/3rds full still and sure enough 5 days later my gray tank was full. I called him to tell him so maybe he could correct it but instead he blamed me saying I just used more water than I thought. I have a 42 gallon holding tank and I only stored 30 gallons of water in those 5 days so it's impossible for it to be full if it was empty to begin with. It wasn't. Several things Vince can do to improve his service and I would demand it if you have to work with him. He needs to add a clear extension onto the system so you can actually stand there and view whats coming out of the pipe. Also customer service skills... He's so cocky and sure of himself that he roughly blamed it all on my equipment and my inexperience with my own system. Even though I was going to use him twice a month and I told him that, He did himself no favors. I have dumped these tanks every week for months and never have I had this problem. I know the limits of my own equipment. He told me that he'd come again and redo it, but I would have to pay again... I found someone else... Beware when doing business with this guy... Use at your own risk. Prepare to be disappointed and treated disrespectfully if there iis a problem...

So I got my pieces of my project together and called Julio.we had 4 or 5 phone call and texts and set up a time and place. Julio was a NO CALL NO SHOW... Then julio lied and said he couldn't do the custom hitch any longer because he didn't have a drill press to drill holes .never trust a fabrication custom welder that cannot drill holes .lol. So I sent him a picture of my drill press.lol So julio started to complain that he had to carry enough steel on his truck to build a custom hitch.wow .how much steel does it take to build a hitch ? Then julio refused to build a hitch as a bolt on application. When all after market hitches are a bolt on application. Julio tried to make excuses that bolt on hitches was unsafe.lol another LIE. It's my opinion that julio is a liar.and a complainer.hes definitely no articulated enough to build anything custom. It seems to me julio just wants to repair simple little problems. I do not recommend using julio as he is a liar.he is lazy.he complains about carrying 100 pounds of steel and he can't drill holes in steel..and he will make appointments and then pull a no call no show.and WASTE YOUR TIME.

It didn't look like much but I needed my tank filled so I pulled in. I was met by a delightful young man who asked if he could help me. I told him I needed a propane tank refill and he told me I had come to the right place. He proceeded to help me remove the tank from my RV and quicker than a flash, it was filled and he had it back and secured on my rig. With a broad smile he asked if he could assist me in any other way. I then asked for directions to get back onto Interstate 10 which he cheerfully gave me ... and I was in my way.
