Just trusted from my (AHS) insurance agent that this Zen Co is 5 Star. NOPE! Thats my opinion & others on YELP! These happened to us. It has been since December 2025 when I made my request for service. For Refrigerator/freezer and stove top/oven appliance. Our Insurance Agent gave us Zen Appliance Co phone number to contact for sooner appointment since the Holidays was getting close. Tried calling Zen Appliances can't be reach , just recording and text. And when they finally did made appointment via text. Made after the Holidays on Jan 2026. And they just text you day before they arrived. You have to make sure that day is clear. Four hour time frame. We made sure someone was home to wait for Zen Tech since waited for these LONG for an appointment. When Tech Aiden arrived only thing came out of his mouth was, BRAG about himself saying his the BEST Technician. All talked & No ACTION! He Open door refrigerator/freezer. Said Everything GOOD! And went open door oven look inside then close. Then he started pressing all the digital component on top of stove. Gotten worst when he was constantly pressing all the digital components, started buzzing sound and clock was working before,not anymore. He told us since after pressing the digital components and gotten WORSTS! Then he informed us he THINKS is Digital problem will order PARTS! Then he turn on oven told my husband to keep on for 30 minutes. House started smelling gas. What's wrong with this situation he left. He NEVER check the back of both LG Stove/Oven & Kitchen Aid Refrigerator/Freezer Appliances to see what was causing the problem. Since smell of gas around house my husband turn off oven for our safety. We open all the windows & doors to clear the gas smell. Aiden was so full of himself, always on his cell phone talking about another consumers appliance problem while here. Not even dealing with our appliances. He just constantly told us I will order parts. No Work Order Invoice given only his word. When delivered will let you know then left. So UNPROFESSIONAL Rude & worst he Lies . Then I found out after a couple weeks later end up being denied cause he reported was different from what he informed us & was supported by his Business Manager Laura who called our insurance gave EXCUSE "Rodents infestation", was a BIG Lie. Cause if that was true the Refrigerator/ freezer would be totally broken. But Aiden said it was GOOD! And our LG Stove/ Oven our problem was we used flicker to light Stove burner & oven was not staying hot enough to bake anything. But our digital components on top of stove was working find till he constantly kept on pressing till broke. But Zen EXCUSE to (AHS) was a lie to make sure we we're denied. If you EVER get these Zen Appliances make sure you used your cell phone video & record there action especially your conversation with there Tech. But if they do the RIGHT thing fix your Appliances then you can just delete afterwards. You won't have to deal with what happened to us over 5 months of dispute though our (AHS). Again if your under insurance coverage for your Appliances. You're insurance will believed the Company that they Referred you to, then you. Unless you dispute. You will END dealing with there Escalation Dept another name for (Supervisor or Higher). I end up getting George that sounded like AI Robot. No Compassion or patience to listen to my concern. He was just reading what Zen Co reported. And ignoring me. EPIC Fail for WORST Customer Service! I was so 'UPSET ", with AHS Escalation Dept. Till my husband encouraged me to call again.So I did on a different day & time was able to get someone who CARE enough to listen to my situations, who I felt understand what we were going though with Zen Appliance Co. This Escalation Supervisor just informed me before I can request a 2 nd opinion need to deal when Zen Co meaning Aiden Tech have to come back. Since she listen to my concern I respected this AHS Sup Agent. But I did informed her might get retaliated by Zen Co. Surely was Retaliated by Aiden & Laura. Finally gotten 2nd Opinion Appliances Co. This Techician from another company did more work to both LG & Kitchen Aid Appliances then Zen Co. They even gave us an Work Order Invoice for our LG & Kitchen Aid what parts will be ordered. I still did take video & photo like I suggested just incase. Just BEWARE Consumers for your protection video or tape conversation. So you have proof to home appliances insurance co. Maybe treated different without Home Appliances Insurance, cause paying out of pocket treated BETTER? Still just my suggestion. Would have given a Big ZERO Star. Needed to put 1 Star on "YELP", so able to put a review. Again just for your protection only. Consumers BEWARE:(

I have American home service warrant (AHS) and another company came out before and totally misdiagnosed the concerns of my dyer and said it was my fault for overloading and it the dry still work, just don't overload. The same day I reduce the amount of clothing and the dryer did not dry my clothes. I was frustrated and disappointed that AHS had them as a representative for their company. But, requested another company's and was blessed with Zen appliances. Thank you, Damir

    Updating this review. I reached out to Nick, the business owner, and he is not willing to work…read morewith me. He told me he would never provide service to me again. This is inconsistent with what he's written in response to my review. He wrote that he would offer a 50 percent discount on any future services. I am ok with him not sending his tech out, because they are incompetent and rude. Please don't decide for me how I should spend my money by saying "Save your money" when I provided equipment that your tech Alex didn't want to use. I'm not unreasonable. I would listen to why he didn't want to use the bracket, but he never gave a reason. On top of all of this, the dishwasher is improperly mounted. I just had a fantastic plumber out who told me that, and told me I should call Rapid Appliance and have them fix it. Not to mention, the tech Alex from Rapid Appliance told me at the time he re-seated the dishwasher, that there was nothing behind the dishwasher, which is absolutely not true. The plumber told me there is tubing and electrical behind the dishwasher, and that they left it in a state where there is "no give" for the tubing, which is causing stagnant water to form in it under the sink, which is why I called the plumber. Beware of this company. The photos attached show how uneven the dishwasher was re-mounted.

He had previously fixed my Viking fridge and this time around he was able to save my Viking dishwasher with a super affordable drain pump. I was afraid I would have to spend thousands on a new Viking dishwasher. Luckily, for a few hundred dollars he came to the house, took the broken part out, ordered a new one and came back to install it a few days later. I haven't used any Vining repairmen in the past since there aren't too many of them. Some were really expensive, others were pretty arrogant. I am so grateful I found Rapid Appliance repair. I can't say enough good things about out them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair on Viking appliances.
