He came out and looked over our situation, gave us a very accurate picture of what needed to happen. He brought equipment over and did some exploratory digging and gave us estimates on each house. His prices are very fair. He started working, buy the way he is one of the best equipment operators ever, and he kept at it until everything was fixed. Four days of hard work, lots of tree roots, stumps and broken pipes removed, until he had everything going great. I can't believe how hard he works! He also has very nice equipment. I specifically asked for an itemized invoice for tax purposes and never received one. For this price point, I expected transparency, documentation, and some type of workmanship guarantee. Unfortunately, none of that was provided.
