The work looks clean and professional. I'll add some photos too. They did not add anything to the price they quoted before they even saw it which I really appreciated. No surprises. Highly recommend these guys for septic work.

When I was sure that we had to first replace the whole septic system, I got quotes from many companies and building 5 offered the most competitive price. I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. They did a wonderful job within a day with cheapest price which some company has to finish in a week but charge triple. They truly care not just for the money. Thank you for everything. The technicians were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. They set a date they would come back to finish. That day came and no one showed up. No communication or notice. I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!

Miguel at High Desert Septic saved the day! It was just…read morebefore Thanksgiving, most of the companies I called went straight to voicemail, noting they would not return until after the holiday. For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end.
