Installers show up without stair runners, never added to the work order, never ordered. Got passed around from person to person until I ended up with Mike, who was totally dismissive. Said Warren didn't work there anymore and we "couldn't" have stair runners with LVP anyway. No explanation for why no one reached out to us after Warren left or why we were sold stair runners and LVP if they weren't compatible (which isn't true). Finally had to go to corporate to get someone to take this seriously. Now all of a sudden we *can* have stair runners but someone has to come measure, order them, then schedule a separate installation. No apology, no explanation for what happened or who dropped the ball. I would never work with this company again and we are still trying to unravel what happened with our installation. No accountability, no apology, just Mike offering lame excuses about how he, the director of operations, has no idea what's going on.

We replaced the w2w carpet in our family room, 14x20, and also did a 4x4 foot square of LVP. The installation team of 2 arrived on time and got the job done, clean-up was thorough. This was in April 2023. In mid-September of 2023 we noticed that the carpet was coming up against our hearth. I called CP, spoke with Ara. We agreed to set up an appointment in October. I emailed Ara when we got back from vacation. No answer after a week. I emailed again. And a third time. No answer through the end of October. I finally emailed the store address. No answer. I called the store. I was told that Ara comes in at 10. It was 9:45 am when I called. I told the employee that I would call back. I called back at 11 AM, Ara was with a customer. I left my name and my phone number. No call back. On November 8, Wednesday morning, I called again. I was put on hold, and a few minutes later the employee who answered my call, said that Ara could not be found. I left my name and my phone number. I waited five hours and did not hear from Ara. When I call back, he answered the phone. By now, I hope you have concluded that once you've paid them and had the work done, they will avoid you and they will ghost you. I was surprised that Ara did not acknowledge the multiple emails and phone calls that I had to make to get to this point. We scheduled the repair for Friday morning, November 10, between 8 and 9 AM. It is now Friday, November 10. It is 9:30 AM. I hope you are thinking what I am thinking. What I am thinking is that what started out as a good thing has turned out to be a bad thing. We have a $4000 flooring job that needs a repair within six months and the lackadaisical response is ridiculous.
